I think it's perfect. Only complaint is that I didn't make the layout.

I love the sign also, but what I don't like is the green on the building next to it. Perhaps aqua?

The sign does look great, Coupon! However, I'm not feeling the paths. Maybe try sticking to road lines as a buffer between path types instead of the gravel roof texture.
