The park entrance looks pretty good, how ever the Intamin's station is a bit boring imo but I can tell that iot unfinished so thats probably the biggest factor.

Shingle or tile roofs would help that station immensely, as well as better concealment of the entrance/exit buildings.

Hello all, all put some work into this thread.
This park is actually a pretty unique one....
What Ive always wanted to do was PLAY RCT and build a good park, so I made myself a little flat-land scenario. Now mind you, the money situation is quite different, so I used a trainer to give myself 50,000 dollars...Here is an idea of what the costs are of certain rides using this way of playing RCT....
- Flatride -
Anywhere from 900 - 1500 dollars, depending on the amount of queue u want.
- Shuttle loop (Realistic) -
5,000-6,000 dollars (Again, depending on what kind of queue and theming u want)
- GCI woodie -
15-20,000 dollars (Wrangler actually cost 35,000 dollars with landscaping).
- Full scale B&M Looper -
35,000 - 45,000 dollars (Prices range drastically depending on theming and landscaping).
- Small Eatery (3 shops in RCT) -
1,000-1,500 dollars depending on theming.
- Larger Eatery (4-5 shops in RCT)
1,500 - 2,500
- Bathrooms -
1,000 dollars
These items costs soo much because they are themed, supported, etc just like real rides. They have long queues, transfer tracks, and the B&M supports (for steels) and wooden supports (for woods). Treeing and landscaping like your making a real NE park also costs more. Oh, and laying down pathing is is nearly three times the cost as it is in normal RCT (Using the puysegur Point method).
Anyways, here are the screens.
Ill show most of the park since I really dont plan on keeping it a secret...hell i might even release the park as I update it more (each release might include a new coaster or two). Its really just a thing for me to play around with to get ready for the Pro Tour since im using RCT2 for it.
Shows the backside of Greezed Lightnin' (Shuttle Loop) and park bathrooms. The blue building is called "Funnel Cake Factory", and the ferris wheel in the center is called "Wonder Wheel"
Shows the "Scambler" and "Barry's Pizza"
Overview of entry area showing Wrangler, a very fast-paced and intense GCI coaster. Its about 110 feet tall, and reached 60 mph, and its about 4100 feet long.
Most of those are pretty unfinished....well actually just the pic with wrangler, because it has some pretty neat theming that isn't shown on that picture. Overall the main emphasis in this park is coasters really, as theming comes secondary because, well, im playing the game like its a scenario, and im trying to make money to build new things. Prolly will take a while to build another full scale coaster, Wrangler took me down to 2,500 dollars. Oh well. -

@ Fatha
Just the kind of stuff I like to see. Looks really nice and I'm sure it'd be a lot of fun to look around ingame. Love the drop to the GCI. I'm interested in how the layout goes to that. It's looking realy nice so far. Would love to see more.
@ Pineapple
If you cluster your bushes, I think they would look a bit better. The mountain looks very fake, imo... I think if you smooth out some of your landblocks, maybe use rock in places, and cover them in bushes, it would look a bit better. -

Well Fatha has free time now so I want him to be able to start? Nothing wrong with that -

fatha, besides that woodie that park looks great although most people wouldn't think so. i could imagine walking past that ferris wheel right at the park's opening hours to the busiest coaster, only to come back an hour later and to see the area full with families and whatnot. the woodie however needs places with higher elevation after the drop because without it the inclined and horizontal helices get too repetitive, the coaster starts out with good pacing but eventually dies down noticeably, and its oversupported. -
Fatha' Offline
^Your right about the woodie needing higher elevations after the first drop, but it was a rushed design (since I need to make money, I need the coaster to open quickly). When i get a good budget going (Like when im popping 5,000) a month), Ill close the ride and redo these areas. As it stands now, the ride flies FURIOUSLY through the first half (pace is tooo fast), and is well paced towards the end.
What I might do from now on is:
- Save the game
- Get a trainer and give me tons of money
- Build the coaster and all its supporting system
- Save the design with all the scenery
- Close the game without save
- Reopen the game and insert the ride, so that way I am not cheating. -

Cool idea Fatha. The park looks pretty damn good as well. It's obvious you had to skimp a little on the coaster but oh well... that's what makes it a challange lol.
I actually did something like this for Rev 3. I challanged myself to make a peepable micro that made a profit. I was able to do it but then lost it in a computer crash . It is fun to sometimes have to rely on the peeps for cash. -

Do you mean next week the PT3-bench will be available to us, even if the prelims have not finished yet.......??
I know my English is crappy , so I probably misinterpreted, but ....eh....?

A Creator Corn Dogg's Stall from the Earth's Fury area of DRC. Please don't ask how that relates to a natural disaster casued by Earth, I know it pretty much does not unless earth gets hit by part of the moon which is made up of old parts of earth... well the other food stalls make sense, I picked this one at random... -

That's exactly what I was trying to trigger with that release: To get people to really enjoy the game for what it is, a themepark simulation game.. I'm glad you picked up my idea fatha', it looks nice and I'm looking forward seeing it in-game (I hope you'll decide to share it eventually)..(Using the puysegur Point method).
