    1) iTunes works fine (it had a problem right after I installed Vista, but I went to Programs CP and it worked fine again in about thirty seconds)
    2) DreamScene works, I'm running it on my desktop right now. However, it is only available for Vista Ultimate.

The problem is that you'll need to activate Vista within 30 days or it's functions are reduced. When you activate it on the first computer your hardware is being checked. If you try to activate it on another it will notice that you are using the same cd-key on different hardware. This could mean it will refuse to activate. There are ways around that, but they can be dangerous for your hardware and the timestopper way has the problem that you can't update your windows at some point.

I need some help (ekimmel, you'll just be thrilled).
I spent several hours making a logo for a ride in my RCT3 solo. But now, as I have realized, the paths to the pictures have changed since the folder C:/Users/<name>/My Pictures no longer exists, it is now C:/Users/<name>/Pictures, thus voiding RCT3's path. So you'd think I could fix this by making a folder named "My Pictures" in C:/Users/<name> right? No. As soon as I rename the folder, it says that it's contents will be moved to C:/Users/<name>/Pictures. So I hit "Cancel" and it erases the folder. I click "OK" and it erases the folder. Does anyone know what I can do, via experience or hearing it somewhere else? Please, it's really important...

okay, DreamScene is limited to Ultimate. Other, similar programs, I guess not.

I got a laptop with Vista the other day and it's alrite I suppose it looks pretty. I'm no computer nerd as long as it runs fast I'm happy really. But XP is miles better than Vista. It's easier to use and plus all the new programs made by Microsoft seem to suck. Windows Media Player 11 is pants, Microsoft Office 2003 is rubbish and so is Windows Entertainment or whatever it's called. I'll stick with XP as there's better things to spend money on.

^ But arent you using those sucky MS products either way?

WMP 11 is on XP, too. And it should be Microsoft Office 2007.

Why can't I ever get an OS that just comes vanilla? Stupid thing is alwas packaged with the most annoying shit that just takes up space and is never used... I'll provide my OWN security, .NET framework, and utilities thank you.

It's because 99% of Windows users out there can't do that themselves yet it needs to be done. So MS does it for them.

get Windows 98 then... And write your own shit to replace "Office". As for security, I have my own and Vista is cool with it. But yeah, I guess I'm just using all the right programs.

Oh, and BTW ekimmel, thanks for the tip to check Atari, I got it fixed.
