Well its an okay entrance. I think its pleasent. I dislike the top right of the screen because it is bland and boring. Not too many textures and seems to be rushed a bit. I feel you have too many random textures in your entrance however. An example is the random brick walls you placed in there. The red "eye" looking things you have over the glass roofs look off a bit. And your colors do not make too much sense for the fact you have bright colors and dark colors. Try to stick to something and only change it every here and there. And you going for realism so try to put signs above you entrace such as "Buy Tickets"... gives a nice touch. You got the right idea so far so stick to it. Quick question though, did you get insperation form SFF's Premier Park? Keep at it.

yeah, the red eye things are creepy, and the buildings are sort of blocky, but not bad for a start. -

a lot of the universal parks have a Port of Entry type area..
personally i think it's gotten to be a bit overused, but its one of those things you probably can't go wrong with. -

First off: Nice Tele thinline in your sig.
Secondly, I like the screen. Quite a lot actually. The buildings at the top hurt things a little with their repetitive arches, but the actually enterence building is exceptionally pleasent.
I hope you stick to it and actually finish too, because we could really use some more nice complete parks...

Thanks, i really dont hvae a '69 thinline, i have a '72, im plannign to get an '69 next.
and i am planning to finish, dont worry about me dropping it. ive had plenty dropped parks so far, but not this one.
i made a new entrance and its way better than my first, i used the archy entrance a normal universal park would have. i shrunk it a bit, and i mixed it with some ports of entry theming.Edited by RCTDude2316, 23 February 2007 - 04:50 PM.

Well, im thinking of the areas in the park.
i know for sure i will have a City BoardWalk (instead of city walk)
there is also going to be a Hill Valley Town Hall for my Back To The Future Coaster (IDK if this is the first Universal Park in RCT with a BTTF Ride).
and like every other Universal Studios there will be a Jurassic Park area were there is a water coaster.
im planning to have some sort of boardwalk themed area mixed with the City Walk, bringing some rides from the past. the Dipper and some old style classical rides
there should be a few more sections, so if anyone wants to offer comments please do so for areas.Edited by RCTDude2316, 23 February 2007 - 05:27 PM.

Back To The Future: The Ride Prt2
The year is 2007, and since Doc Completely erased the future of Hill Valley 2015, a new reality has been created. Marty and Jennifer now resides in home, much like Doc's Mansion in 1955, Doc, Clara, Jules and Verne (who are now in there 20's) still visit Marty and Jenifer on the Time Train, Doc has recently been working on the Delorean with Marty, Jules and Verne.
The Delorean was completed, but there was not way to power the Flux Compacitor wit the 1.21 Jigawatts needed, they set up a lightning rod in the open field near Marty's mansion.
Hill Valley's 140's Year Clock Tower's Dedication on September 5, 2007, it was a familiar sight for Marty, Doc, and Clara.
September 6,2007
As a storm apporached during the day, by night they were ready to test run the Delorean.
Jules, Verne, and Marty got into the Delorean, they were going to do a simple test run just to go 5 minutes into the future.
-24
-36
-49
-53
-67
-78
-88.8mph as they hit the lightning wire and the trails a fire flew back.
As Doc saw them disappear he ran in joy just like he did in 1955 when he sent marty back into 1981.
But Doc did not know that he sent them 8 years back into the future.
-The car came to a stop in 2015, as they got out. they noticed that they created an alternate 2015 when they removed theirself from the existance from 2007. Doc was no where to be found, as they drove around 2015, the crashed into Griff,
and the car chase begins.
Will they get back to 2007?
Only one way to find out,

I hate B&M launches because there is only one and everyone in the rct world decides to think there are 248.
im happy to see creativity in the park...

^^^I never said it had to be launched, it could be any kind really, but just saying...
As for the pic and story, the story sounds convincing, and the pic's not bad either. I like the phone lines, but the blue flowers around the fountain look a bit random. Keep it up... -

The garden in front of the town hall is too small, it makes everything else look bulkier. I'd say extend that a few more tiles away from the town hall and as for the building itself, make it go a little bit farther back. Make it larger, it seems too small. I lie this idea of a little downtown area....can't wait to see what you do with the movie theater at the intersection behind the town hall! -
][ntamin22 Offline
haha, yes... the town hall is pretty close to the one in the movies, good job. sounds like a fantastic ride idea... will there be Libyans? -

Cool ideas and the overall building is pretty close to the one in the movie (as are the power lines and poles). But I think instead of the fountain in the center you chould have a war memorial like in the movie. -
RCTDude2316 Offline
In 1955 it was a war memorial in 1985 it was a parking spot, in 2015 it was a small pond. so since its 2007 and they created an NEW future (referring to what doc said at the end of BTTF3) it gonna be a fountain.Cool ideas and the overall building is pretty close to the one in the movie (as are the power lines and poles). But I think instead of the fountain in the center you chould have a war memorial like in the movie.
im still working on the area planning to put an unexpexted type of coaster, i might get alot of comments about the coaster type.
i am thinknig of expanding the garden infront of the courthouse.
Thanks for the comments, i didnt get much working in today, i was busy working on some simple scenery
