Same picture as before...
My tele & amp (Crate RFX 120).
I also have:
Guitars:
An A&L Acoustic
Indiana IS-300 (immitation fat strat now outfitted with Lace Sensors and Gotoh tuners)
"Jap Junk" 70s guitar
Amps:
Crate XT15R (my first amp)
1973 Fender Princeton Reverb (in a custom oak cabnet, absolutely beautiful, will probably become my main am when I get enough petals to replace the RFX's gain and built in effects).
50s Oahu amp (little tube amp from the early 50s)
Petals:
Digitech Whammy 4 (same as the Whammy 1, it's the one you find in all the Guitar Centers and stuff)
Daphon E10S Distortion- X2, one was given to me, the other I bought for $5 when the first one went out. I plan on using them in some "circuit bending" experiments in the not-so-distant future)
Danilectro Fab Metal- Again given to me
Dunlop Crybaby- Given to be (by the same guy actually) but it's shot. Needs a new pot and possibly has wiring issues. I'll be replacing it with a Vox wah eventually.
That's everything...

Whoa sky cymbals. Nice kit. I never really did the whole keep the toms on the bass drum either. What cymbal do you think will be your next purchase? -
Wicksteed Offline
weird tom setup. can you really use that remote tom?
I might post some pics of my new yamaha oak custom, if I manage to take a camera to the rehearsal room. -

i think it would be easier to hit than the crash cymbals, but that's just me. a friend of mine played a few gigs where he had all three toms to the right of the set in a trianglular arangement, that's probably the weirdest set up i've seen. -

even though i changed my setup, whats cool about that one is it gives you the feeling of playing a four piece for fills and all around playing, but when you want to do a solo/studio groove, that placement actually comes in handy. but now my mini-tymps are there. i wont be getting a new cymbal soon (due to the double pedal and the snare thats going to be afterword) but if i were to get one, it would either be a zildjian fx 18" oriental china "trash", or a zildjian 22" avedis ping ride. -
