Awesome! Found them after watching 'drive', I like them.
One of my all time favorites:
Clark - Frau Wav
Never heard something so chaotic, yet so perfect. -

This isn't so much a song, but is very interesting to watch:
Twelve Tones - Vihart
Deals a lot with music theory and the circle of fifths. -

^Love the stuff she puts out. Very mind-churning.
Arabesque #1 - Claude Debussy
Debussy was a genius. Love how you can hear the subtle parts that inspired ragtime music. Brilliant. -

I think Chris Clark is the same level as Aphex Twin, every song from clark is fucking unique.

Nobody is on the same level as Richard D. James, he's making music from an entire different planet.
Although I agree that Chris Clark is a genius and electronic virtuoso, still Richard D. James is even more ground-braking - crazy to the point that I would put his name next to mozart and Debussy. Autechre would also fit that line.
What I'm listening to:
Erik Satie - Prelude de la porte heroique du ciel
Erik Satie - Danses De Travers
And Erik Satie is still just far above all the people I just mentioned.
No music has touched me like this.
I honestly believe music like that of Aphex Twin and Clark wouldn't even exist without the minimalism of Erik Satie. The foundation of all electronic and minimal music. -

clark (and several others) are pretty damn close to the level of rdj, but they don't quite hit it -

Iration has a new album. Yes, they do. And it's pretty good so far. So, that's what I'm listening to now. -

One of the saddest, most beautiful and transcending pieces of music I know.
Robert Turman - Soft Selfportrait
