you people need to listen to "I'll Sue Ya" by Weird Al Yankovic. That'll list about 300 retarted suing cases that actually would end up in court.

We're all forgetting the greater lesson here. The kid in question fucking deserved it regardless. Kids need a good beating once in a while.
