I got the impression from the video that the kid was doing something that couldn't bee seen by the camera. Like maybe pulling on the costume or something. If so, I'd say the kid deserved it. Of course, Tigger's handler should have been nearby, which may not have been true at the time of the incident. I give the kid in the costume the benefit of the doubt in this one.

and wtf was that about with the other case? Are the Tiggers rioting or something?

that family sucks. there going to sue them because of getting hit by a soft fluffy costume. That kids a pussy.

That's basically what I think happened because look at Tigger's feet in the video. It sorta looks like he stumbled over the curb and the kid happened to be there to be fell on. Personally, I think they just want the money.

looked to me like Tigger went to put his other arm around the boy, like a hug or something, and the boy moved, and I dont know how well those actors can see out of those costume heads...

No one points this out, which I thought was pretty funny. At the park, the kid is dressed kinda punkish, but when he is interviewed he is dressed like he's completely innocent.

EDIT: Just noticed this after another view. Look at the "incident" from the perspective that everyone does the first time they see it: Tigger's hand and the kid's face. Now, ONLY WATCH TIGGER. He actually moves quite slowly and just looks like his upper body twisted.

That is simply stupid.

1. He barely even hit him.
2. It does kinda look like Tigger's right leg backs up onto the curb which could have made him lose balance, causing him to do that.

If anything, the family should sue Fox for saying that they're still out of town. Robber/vandal's paradise.

Just watch how the little kid reacts: he doesn't ever been afraid of the tiger after what happened......

This is bullshit.

Cases like this should be thrown out of court, obviously there was no harm meant; the man (or woman) in a giant, hot, uncomfortible costume lost his balence when his foot hit the curb. It would be one thing if they tackled the teen, or hit him so hard he stumbled back... It was barely a touch, let alone a "punch" or "hit". Someone should dress up in a Tigger costume and wait in their living room until they get home and actually attack the retards, that way they might be able to tell the difference between trying to keep one's balance and blantently assulting someone.

What a waste of our taxpayers money (if this gets into court, and I'm sure it will).

I cant believe they insist he/she punched the kid. If you watch the video carefully you can see that the person in the costume stumbled and reached out to regain his balance. That family must be a right bunch of retards and could do with going to get there eye's checked out.

Its amazing what some people would do to try and make some money.
