I'm pretty sure nothing like this exists, but I'm looking for some supports for a suspended coaster.

What I need is that I-beam piece. Preferrably, I'd like to have one cenetered on the quarter tile and one diagonally on the quarter tile. I plan on using the old, thick supports for the main poles.

So is anybody able to throw something together for me?
    Thanks.

Those would definatly come in handy, and would look good. I like the idea, although you could just use the horizontal pole piece..

It's round. I'd prefer something that's more rectangular.. or, more accurately, just a quarter tile I-beam. That's all I really want.

Actually, i-beams have been something on my mind for a while. Beams, columns, girders. All quarter tile. They'd be pretty nifty.

Plus you could remake a lot of Mies buildings.

I was thinking maybe about a half tile tall? I don't think anything taller would look right... and it should probably be in RCT scale somehow...

You're right Cork... you really could do a lot with some stuff like that.

Can't you just use art deco blocks?

I tried for a little bit... it ended up being a bit squarer then I wanted. Besides, none were cenetered on the quarter tile. They were all on an edge.

A square/rectangular set of supports would be really nice....and not just for coasters. Girders could be used in buildings, walls, etc.

    Let's ask Toon...
    ^^

Go ahead and ask him ...

There is this project Toon and I started during H2H and there are these square pole objects ... . Expect them to be released when I have time to do the rest of the work. It's probably not exactly what you are asking for, but it should do the job
No more to say at the moment ... :p

    Hm...
    Let's ask Magnus instead ^^

trust me you don't want to ask Magnus, Its gonna be a no. At least I thought it would be at this moment in time :p
  • Casimir%s's Photo
I just asked Magnus and he said he wouldn't have any time to do it.
Toon isn't active anymore, Levis is absent...
    Hm...
  • JJ%s's Photo
Levis is away for two days :-P

Could someone maybe post some more pics?
Since my plans for the weekend are screwed, I might actually have some time ...

Any why don't you want them to line up with Toon's supports?
  • geewhzz%s's Photo
Toon's supports are too thin for Arrow Suspended coasters....they would be ideal to line up with the thicker piped supports with the flanges.

    As for more pics... http://rcdb.com/inst...r=1,2&model=110

Well I have never seen a Arrow suspended in real life, which makes it hard to compare, but on that pic Toon's supports look perfect for it.

    I hope I didn't screw your plans?
  • Magnus%s's Photo
    No you didn't ...
Just planed to meet a very good friend this weekend at Walibi World, but now I can't get a ride to the park ... Damn. I was so happy to meet him again after such a long time and now it doesn't work out again ... :'(

But back on topic. Could you tell me exactly what you want. So I can see what I can do.
