    Meh. That's not snow.

    Try:
-over 6 feet of snow in the past 3 weeks
-almost-permenant black ice on most side roads
    -15+ foot snow drifts
-icicles longer than I am tall
-piles of snow over 50 feet tall in most big parking lots
-14+ hours of snow shoveling in past 3 weeks
-another 8-12 inches expected this weekend

-over 6 feet of snow in the past 3 weeks, pfft I got it all over night. It was up to my chest in some areas and I'm 6"5'

    6 feet in one night?

    Uh.
  • Video_Kid%s's Photo
Well it was actually 4 feet lol. See up here in Canada, we're use to snow, but since the snow plows couldn't get out, the city said fuck it, we're in the state of an emergency.

Today I forgot it was like 60 degrees and walked my long walk to class in only a undershirt and button-up, I think I was clinically dead until I got in-doors, fuck it was cold!

Tonight it's going down in the 40's... I think im gona need to shovel a lot of cocaine out of the old driveway in the mourning...

I must admit, thats a ton of snow in those pics VK. I've never been thru 48 inches of snow in one storm, unless you count drifts. Nothing has compared to our first blizzard here just before Christmas when it dumped like 38 inches in areas. We've had around 75 inches accumulation this year, which is staggering. But yes, it does snow in Canada too. :p

So that's a ruler in that first pic? Geez. I thought 5 inches in a day was a lot.

Goddamn I wish we had even a fraction of that snow. It hasn't been above 20 degrees Fahrenheit here for the past 2 weeks straight, but the air's been too dry to get much in the way of snow, either. We've only had maybe a foot in that time frame. Skiing is surprisingly good all things considered though.

omg them photos look mental. It hasnt snowed here for years, its just pretty damn cold all the time here, but never cold enough for it to snow. =(

    Crazy British weather...

Oh yeah, and that snow came on December 8th, my friends and I went out and built a city in the snow (tunnels) thanks to Mr. Plow. We also had a big neighbourhood snow ball fight, 4 hoods, we were outside till midnight, it was so awesome!!

Here's just the starting of the storm coming in:

My brother and I were taking photos when that car slide into the ditch, we paused and burst out laughing. We aided the dude and called the To Truck, but the weather was so bad, that they couldn't even go, so he hitched a ride by the nearest Taxi.

Well for some reason, right after I got back from Christmas break, the snow decided to start falling, and hasnt stopped falling...Oh joy..

It's uhhh... raining pretty good in SoCal today. ^_^ Not cold enough for low elevation snow, but I'm sure if I drove an hour or so I can see some, lol.

:0 It hasn't been snowing for a week at my place! And it makes freakin' cold...

1 inch of snow = no school
  • gir%s's Photo
Really nasty day today--it snowed about an inch in the morning and since lunchtime it's been raining so everything has turned to slush. Blegh. School was cancelled early on but the roads were fine the whole time really. So now it's just wet and cold, which sucks.

Today is the coldest it's been all winter here in Michigan. The weather guy on the radio said it was like 18 degrees fahrenheit, and -20 with the wind chill.
  • Jellybones%s's Photo
Today was warm (relatively, it was 20), sunny, and a fuckin powder day at the mountain.

    Awesome.
  • Video_Kid%s's Photo
Damn, it's suppost to go down to -19 Celcius, with a wind chill of -35 Celcius.
