lmao, that Erwindale topic is classic. Ed being the feistiest I've ever seen him. Iris snapping on WME. Hell, even I flamed "the opposition" in general.
So you see? Bitching has long been a storied tradition in H2H! -

lmao, I was a n00b when I cast that vote, however if I had looked in-game I would have picked Miami 2040 anyways.
Bastard. -

I'm going to write up a year-end review. And man...I don't even remember going off on WME like that lmao. But...to even compare IsoMania to Erwindale Forest is pretty sad...I think anyone would admit that at this point. -

yeh. I also kind of doubt that El Dorado would beat Maui Xtreme Resort nowadays, or at least by seven or something votes.
Well if the Demigods manage to hold on (again, I'm afraid to jinx things) then this will be something of a stunner considering who made the parks. I think.Edited by Panic, 03 August 2006 - 06:38 PM.

Yeah, I remember that round. It was just because RCT2 was new and El Dorado was one of the first decent looking things made with the game.
How the fuck was Iris' team so amazingly stacked in H2H2?

some others-the first 4 alone are amazing and ablaze was really getting good at the time. Adam was quite good too. I am in awe of how iris put together the team, is there a story behind it or did you just draft really well? -

If I remember correctly I asked him about it at some point and he said that he basically drafted that team and only made like 1 trade.
I may be wrong on that though, that's just what I remember being said...

Cuz he was a crazy captain who knew talent.
And we were all sort of up-and-comers at that point. -

Well it's been five days...so this thing has officially run it's course. Congrats to all parkmakers involved as this was one of the closest match-ups of all time, for better or worse. I think it's very obvious how even most of these teams are with all these very close match-ups this year, as every team can bring something at least somewhat impressive every week. Unfortunately, I think both of these parks caught a little too much unnessary disdain, as both were not bad at all. The final score is 50 to 48.
Anyways, my Demigods pick up a MUCH needed win, and once again the division is all knotted up. The Demigods move up to 1-2. The Tigers fall to 1-2. And Strangelove remains at 1-2. All with a 1-1 division record. So back to sqaure one we go in the East Division.
Isla Magica was created by Magnus.
Rapa Nui was created by Evil WME and John.
I'd also like to add that Mag was forced to do the entire park by himself with only about a week or so left, thanks to Toon once again disappearing from the sight, at the opportune time to totally screw his team. This is the third time he's done this exact thing. First in H2H3, then in SLR he 'hijacked' the map and disappeared totally ruining the project, and now in H2H4. If anyone wants to try to reach him and wonder what the hell is problem is, I'll PM you his phone number. Otherwise, we may have to replace him again. Thanks Mike!
Anyways, the new deadline is August 12. Looking forward to another great week! -

Congrats, Magnus!! (and Demigods).
Very good job if you had to do this on your own in such a short time.!
Apart from that (before I knew that anyway ) I just voted for this park because I loved the overall atmosphere and could not find any real great downfalls: yes, of course one can find some, like in many/most other parks, but it just appealed more to me than the other park, which was not significantly different in quality, but for me just a tad lesser.
Good job!, thanksEdited by Emergo, 04 August 2006 - 03:02 PM.

WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!
Are you kidding? Wme and John!?
Omg what a dissapointment, this is Wme style just maybe not its best but John? omg really dissapointing.
Oh well hopefully we will see better from you later on.
Congrats Magnus -

Thanks to everybody for voting. This was really close and gave me some sleepless nights. Also thanks to John and WME for making it this close. That park had really a nice idea ...
So as iris already mentioned this was going to be Toon & Magnus this week. It was the second time I was supposed to work with Toon in H2H and the second time he disappeared. At least I was not part of SLR, so it can't be because of me.
Toon and I were working a lot on the bench and after I added my objects to it I sent it to him again. The result was waiting. Probably waiting too long ...
Several pms, mails, team forum posts stayed unanswered by Toon. Really a stupid situation when your team needs a win so badly.
9 or 10 days before the deadline I started this park. Found a really old coaster on my HD (probably 2 years) and used it for the project. Moving out of house took me at least 2 days of the building time, so this park was really made in a week and I'm really proud I got it as finished as it is now.
There was going to come a readme with it, but as I didn't get that done in time I never really worked on it. Want to write down the main ideas here though:
1. The Schwartzkopf Enterprise
In 1972 Schwartzkopf developed the enterprise and as I am a big Schwartzkopf fan I had to include it into the park. As I already mentioned before, I would probably ride it all day long.
The ride name translates to 'sunrise'.
2. The B&M Coaster and the 2012 date
My basic idea was to have a B&M Coaster that combines airtime and inversions. This one was meant to be the first B&M multi-looper with lap bars. So that is where the date was coming from. Hopefully B&M will have this developed until 2012 ...
The story for the Coaster is mainly described by the name 'Torero'.
3. The story of the park.
All started with the small hotel and the beach. There was a bigger resort being built later and this small park. Entrance is free for guests of the hotel/resort but they have to pay for the rides. Normal guests of the park have to pay a small entrance fee and for the rides.
I would have developed this in a longer story in a readme file, but the time was really needed for the park. -

two great rct players who would possibly never have touched the game again if it wasn't for h2h4 pull of a great park and lose to an, in my opinion, not deserved winner park.
must be a great motivation boost for them...
