I wouldnt actually say its too bad dude, looking pretty good in places. And also good thing is you seem to be enjoying it. One main comment though, please cut down on the pepetitive use of the same few shrubs/folige each time. -

You could afford to vary the land a bit (like add in the odd hill, even a little one maybe) but I think it looks nice.
And I always like seeing those map progress shots - they show how you're doing without giving away too much. -

Looks pretty nice...
I like how you developed the paths and located the rides. But I suggest varying more the foliage and making some hills or anything, beacause the park it's kinda flat.
Anyways, I think you're doing a good job...I like the realism of the park, it's credible.
Keep going. -

Usually park maps dont do much for me when looking at a park. But I must say it looks like some interesting path layouts you have there. I mean it looks very much like the style of pathes that could be seen in Cedar Fair. -

Hmm, no Morgan Hyper Coaster... I was kinda of thinking you were going to put one in. Looks nice though.

Update 3
In this update I will show one of my favorite rollercoaster in the park, Maverick. It's a Dive Machine obviously and it is one Hangtime packed ride. Anyway enough with the words, here are the pictures:
The train takes a quick pause by the Transfer track.
The train taking its way up the 105 foot lift.
As the train makes a turn it takes a 5 second pause. Until the guests get plunged 90 Degrees down into an awesome element.
The Dive Loop! The only element in this ride that provides the most hangtime!
After that it exits the Dive Loop going into a spiraling rise to a MCBR.
On this 2nd drop there is no pause so the guests get plunged right after taking a quick breather.
As the train spits out of the tunnel it goes thru a quick airtime hill. They then go through a G pulling turn!
Here the train creates 20 foot waves where guests can get wet.
As the train closes in to the station it goes thru another intense airtime hill.
A look at the station.
Well that's it. Oh also, here is a teaser of the coaster which will be showed next: -

Looks pretty awesome. I dig the layout, even though it's very similar to ShieKra. Except for some bad foilage it looks great. Try adding some flowers for color. -

Yeah the layout isnt really that bad but the colours are all way to 'average', too many browns used. -

It looks pretty nice...
The layout is good, although the colors are a little boring...I mean, If I were you, I'd try making something more atractive...but anyway, is ok. I also like the use of supports, you made well that part.
For the paths, I suggest adding some benches, lights and trashcans...
The foliage is also a good aspect of the park, it creates a nice atmosphere...
Anyhow, for being this a realistic park, you're making a quite good job. Keep going. -

yeah I like the layout but the colors are kinda dull and I dont think it would be safe for a rollercoaster to get wet because what if the brakes before/in the station get rusted or just fail to stop the train. That could be a problem -

I'm pretty sure he meant it would be like Sheikra: http://rcdb.com/ig2662.htm?picture=62
He said the coaster would create waves where guests (not riders) could get wet. -

Why would the brakes get wet? :' /> -

Why would the brakes get wet? :' />
The train gets wet then it goes right to the break run since it is the end of the ride. Water drips and oh your brakes are wet and slippery and dangerous -

I'm sure that's taken into consideration when designing the ride. It's not like they wouldn't know that the train wouldn't be wet when coming into the brake run.The train gets wet then it goes right to the break run since it is the end of the ride. Water drips and oh your brakes are wet and slippery and dangerous

you're like the only ad guy at the moment who doesn't care much about it looking nice and have cliche colours. you rather care for waterproof ride and park design which is much more important in my opinion.
well done! -

Kind of ironic that "Aqua"man's posts are always preoccupied with water and wetness. -

Trust me, even if the whole train got wet the ride still would be operatable. Every rollercoaster is designed to take the elements of nature. Many coasters run in the rain(Usually parks allow it) and no matter how soaked the ride itself is, they still run it. The brakes are designed so that they don't fail and rust. If I'm right, they use magnetic breaks in today's coasters and rubber-ish breakes on some older styles and woodies so I don't see how they could "rust" -

That looks great. Reminds me a lot of 5Dave's work, you two have very similar styles. (Perhaps a duo is in order )Edited by eman, 26 July 2006 - 02:58 PM.
