Ninety percent... and I think that's what I had when I took my permit test, too. I don't understand how people can fail that test, especially when the DMV gives out booklets to help prepare for it! There's no excuse for failing it, other than a person didn't take the time to look at the damn book before hand.

And just as a measure of how worthless the test is to begin with, Nebraska was ranked seventh-best in the nation... yet we have some of the worst driving I've ever seen. (Some of it includes those Iowans who ranked ninth and Kansans who ranked eighth!) It does shed some light as to why Missourians (ranked 37th) seem comparatively much worse than Nebraskans, Iowans, and Kansans put together. But again, that does not say a whole lot given what I have to put up with on a daily basis. Sure the Nebraskans might pass the test but they won't have the driving skills either way!
