^ Then maybe you should look at a Bolliger & Mabillard coaster instead of a B&M...
Ok, that was a bit rude... I'll say this: When used right, they look perfect. -

They look great. However, it would be nice if you guys created various diameter supports for even more realism, but thats prolly asking too much. -

I like how they place better with the track and all but they seem a lil thin dont ya think? I dont remember seeing a B&M with that thin of supports.
I think you should look at the ratio between the thickness of the spine of the coaster and the thickness of the supports. It looks pretty accurate to me when I use that visual aspect. Here's a pic so you can see what I'm talking about. They look great. However, it would be nice if you guys created various diameter supports for even more realism, but thats prolly asking too much.
Well, considering there are already 30+ pieces for this width, it would be a little ridiculous in terms of scenery usage to have a second width or different inclines. I think given the limitations of the game that this will have to do. -

Yea, good point Toon. That damn object limit seems to ruin everything. Still, as I said before, they look great, and I can't wait for them to be released. -

They are wonderful, Toon! But alas, limited to special designs and small parks. For bigger parks, say 100x100 and up, who would have 30+ slots to spare just for coaster supports? Especially since you can make very acceptable supports now with only 6 or 7? Unless you could make them large scenery one way or the other. Only there is some room left.

Well, I made two tabs. Tab 1 is a complete small scenery selection of support pieces that is actually 50 small scenery items. Tab 2 is a smaller selection that uses up 25 small slots and about 15 large slots that would work better for full parks. of the 25 small slots, you could probably delete 5-10 items and still have enough to create more than acceptable supports. I realize that these are mainly useful for designs, but made them due to requests from other parkmakers. I'm quite sure there are other uses than just supports for them so they are not entirely one-dimensional. -

Yea they do look pretty acurate now that I took time to compare em. Nice job on em. I guess I'm just so used to the older ones. -

I made a nice bench based on the PT2 bench which includes the limited supports, along with all the essentials, so once the supports are released I'll e-mail that to anyone who wants it. I was surprised that it's not impossible to fit them onto a bench while still maintaining the bench's quality.
Anyways, once again, great job Toon! Thanks! -

and here we have reason why i probely don't gonne use those objcts.
They are just to much. oke for a full park you have +/- 30 obects and that's to much imo... but like toon said for a design it will be the best taps to select... just start the competition for who released the first Toon Supported Design.
Toon they are great for desgins but i will never use them in parks. never the less great objects -

I cant understand all these comments
I do not say these supports are bad, REALLY cool that those diagonal supports have a colorable middel piece... you know what i mean ^^
but when I look at the screen I just dont really like how they look with the track and the landscape. they are too thin. the leaning ones are cool, no doubt.
but not that special -

Yea but as soon as you start it you lose interest in the rct2 park. I just can't stand the gameplay. I can go maybe 15 mintues and then its boring to me.right, my motivation to try this rct2 solo has been boosted, somewhat.
I'm sure if you actually take some time in it, it'll definately be something to see but I'll be surprised if you pull it off.Edited by RMM, 23 April 2006 - 10:14 AM.
