I didn't know whether such a thread already existed, I didn't find one with the board-search, too.
Well, please vote for your alltime-favourite ^^ -

Why are the N64 and MD not counted as retro.
Goldeneye
Mario 64
Mario Kart 64
Any of the Sonic Series on the MD
Chrono Trigger
and so on.
Why make a poll, just make it a topic.
Mine is Ocarina of Time gg.Edited by Nic, 03 April 2006 - 12:19 PM.

I'm sorry, but because the topic creator failed to include both Chrono Trigger and Seiken Densetsu III in that list (among other games), this topic is invalid.
My vote goes to those two games, anyway. I love retro games. -

How could you not include Duck Hunt? And how many people still even have these consoles? -

Megaman (I've only played 1-6 and X1-X3, plus the dumb soccer one), Chrono Trigger (though I only played it for the first time last year), Super Mario World, Super Mario 3, and Mario Cart 64 are all favorites.
Duckhunt is fun, but I played it again recently and it was so easy that I got really bored after a while. -

My friend (whom with I'm currently living) and I set up a PC in his living room with MAME, connected the PC to my big TV, and downloaded about 2000 classic arcade and console game ROMs.
Then he got this off of eBay:
We can play virtuallly any classic game you can think of. For solo action I've been sticking to Lode Runner, Bump 'n Jump, and Elevator Action. For head-to-head action nothing beats Mario Kart 64, but we also have about 30 fighting games to choose from.
We got this set up about a week ago and we're still exploring the games.
Oh, there's also a pinball emulator and the control console has pinball buttons on the sides. We spent one night playing our favorite old pinball tables.
I'm sure the novelty will wear off eventually. I've pretty much stopped watching TV altogether. -

Out of that list...Pokémon
Otherwise...pretty much any great game on the N64. What a machine.
But really...6 words...Legend.Of.Zelda.Ocarina.Of.TimeEdited by ƒirst?ay, 04 April 2006 - 04:48 AM.
