there is no point in having this so why not close it down, along with every other thread i have started (i'm a noob (sorta), the other six flags brasilia, and an industrial zone (unnamed)), they are all useless so please close them down!

Since you're a n00b, I won't be mean. But generally you shouldn't start an Ad District topic without screens.

About your screen problem...there's this awesome site called ImageShack where you can upload your pictures. Upload the pictures there, then highlight the text next to the words Direct Link. Right-click and choose Copy. Now click on the box that says IMG on your posting options and paste the address. That should do it.

the expansion packs are okay... nothing to brag about... so basically they suck! i agree with you

Nice, but the atmosphere doesn't make me think I'm looking at Brazil. And I would suggest adding trees last, so they can fit in with coasters and buildings.
Yes, WW and TT suck.

well, the trees do suggest Brazil, sorta. The thing is that Brasilia (the city, if that's what you were going for) is like... a super 60s-modern sprawl of massive concrete buildings (that look like crap). They cleared out a huge section of rainforest to plan the "perfect modern city." So yeah, this isn't Brasilia at least.

The map's pretty tiny too. Looks like a design, not a park. I'd suggest 125x125 if you're gonna make a full park.

The scenery choices are pretty ugly. Stick to non-WW and TT scenery IMO. Download the Pro Tour 2 bench if you haven't already and play with that. No one will be able to view the park if you use WW and/or TT anyway.

Take a look at the PT2 parks and some of the Spotlights to get an idea of how to theme, landscape, and construct buildings. Coasters are a harder task to master, but good examples of coaster makers include Phatage, Fatha, slob (aka metalface), and Titan, among many others.

well... this is the outskirts of Brasilia, so there aren't as many buildings, and i haven't put those in yet. Also, i haven't gotten good enough to build a full park yet, so that is why i am doing a really small one. and finally, thanx for the advice, but since im a n00b, i need to know how to download the PT2 bench

ok, well, i am at the download spot, but every time i try to download the bench to a floppy disk, it says i need a floppy disk that can store more info. Is this just a glitch or do I need to find a floppy somewhere that actually has more storage space?

just download it to your c drive, or something. most parks from this site won't fit onto a floppy disk.

Ok i got the download to work, but now the images in the scenery menu are distorted, my balloon stall image is distorted, and all of the rides and shops/stalls that were originally on my computer were duplicated, so how do i fix this?

You uninstall the game a make sure to delete your obj data folder, keep your saved games then re-install just RCT2 because the expansions just take up tons of room in the Obj Data folder with shitty sceanery.

Or that's what I would do/ have done many times now.

Thanx ride6, but i have one question...
I do have a couple of parks that use WW and TT scenery or have to do with that expansion pack that are on my PC, so if i uninstall rct2 and do what you said, would i still be able to work with the parks that use WW and TT like i would if the two expansion packs were still installed?

Nope and however painful it may be at the moment it will be worth it in the long run. I know from experience.

nope. once you uninstall ww and tt, you can't open any files that have anything to do with either game, unless they have converted scenery.
