Does anyone know where I can find quality Looney Tunes scenery?
  • jadedrac2%s's Photo
OSUDenny made some Looney Tunes objects that you can find here.
Not being an object creator myself, I will let you decide on their quality.

You don't respond to criticism, so how about a suggestion? I'll start you off easy.
You could make a bat symbol in that flowerbed to the left of the Gotham entrance.

I would like your thoughts on this double looper.

All your coasters have way too much straight track. You can see it now, little kids asking "are we there yet?"

Also i dont think a cactus, coniferous and deciduous trees should go together let alone on sand!

    Keep plugging away though :)

^but that looper's is for the launch track

Coasternator, I don't think that's the best site to show your parks. I don't want to offend you but your park doesn't looks great. There, on that website, a lot of "proffesionals" makers and when they see your park, you know what they'll answer. I suggest you to go at http://www.rct2.com/. There's a lot of tutorials.

Try to don't use these "S" pieces, they look very bad.

^First of all what site are you writing of? And second here is another coaster with Joker's Revenge minus the sign above whare it says revenge.

Not to be mean or anything, but this park needs a toon-up or so. Many blank spots are in the park, and most buildings are blocky(In other words, sqare-ish, lacking windows, archi, etc.) I may not know alot but I'm sure this isn't the best I've seen. I also think you should edit your pretzel loop on S:UF because it looks ugly. Try hacking it makes it look better. Anyway, I wish you Good Luck to making this park better.

As far as the comment up there.(Not JJ but Lucas92) I know this maybe a bad park but it ain't nice to tell people "Your park is not good enough to be shown here" He's trying and you might as well leave him and just give him tips..As far as I know, no one is a professional (Unless you really do design parks and coaster in Rl.) Just my 2 cents.

Now known as Six Flags Grand Rapids, this park is now featuring a comic book bad guy kicking superhero coaster, Batman: The Dark Knight

    Grand Rapids isn't in Indiana.

Sorry if I offend you. I really like the catwalk on the lift hill and your coaster layout seems pretty neat to me. But I think that it's a bit empty. I suggest you to add custom supports. In the second screen, when the coaster goes in the station, can you put arches because it looks square now. In the queue line, you should add railings at the top of the base blocks. You should see some spotlights parks to help you to see high quality work. I see that you have improve the way to create coasters. Keep building (again, I'm sorry if my last post offend you).

I've never seen BDK's dive loop done like that...

Just keep trying, you'll get the hang of it. Kinda funny, my first park was also an Indiana Six Flags... (albeit without any custom scenery...)

Anyone using a corkscrew to represent a zero-g roll needs an eye exam and five minutes on rcdb looking at pictures of B&M sit downs. Straighten them right out.

This park is completely without interest for me. And Titan, your park was pretty cool in spots, that Mr. Freeze is still rock'n.

Back to this, you need to spend more time on your buildings. They're just boxes with rooves. Even without custom sceanery it's possible to make them far more interesting while still retaining so called "realism" Try varying roof lines a bit, adding windows, double-layering walls, and adding 1/4 tile balconies. Wouldn't hurt you to deck out your Que lines with more than an overhead covering. Things like flowers, potted plant, arranged folidge, small hills, little rocky out croppings, and (GASP!!!) theming add a lot to any wait area.

Water, more than one landscaping texture (careful with that one), land-height variation and smaller paths never hurt anyone either.

You have much to learn and depending on your willingness to absorb the basic "rules" of what looks good and what doesn't you could be a rising star or a complete loss.

since they^ got the theming down, i'll go with your coaster layout. the layout is very bad. the lift and flat turn are fine. i dont like the turn in the steep drop but if you must, its ok. theres no need for th straight track at the bottom of the drop and i would suggest using the more gradual pullout piece of track that you can use with the b&m's. the loop is good but that gradual incline to the corkscrew/half loop is bad. make it a steep incline into it but i would take that whole elemnt out all together and use a normal dive loop (vertical track into a quarter loop into twisting vertical track and a pullout). the long banked turn isnt good either. i still dont like that gradual incline track being used so much. next, the raised corkscrew im not to fond of either. i dont think corkscrews should be raised off the ground but since theres one on the hulk, i'll give you that. the ending is a normal B&M fashion so thats fine. as a whole, it just doesnt look like the layout flows. go back to your first few pages where you just showed layouts and get more tips from them.

^I would like to let you all know that these coasters are ones I have downloaded not my own creations.
