I believe he just means its deserted. Aska was actually rated in the top 10 woodies in the world in this years poll i believe...
THe park is apparently really poorly maintained... looks like it is shut down really lol. but it's still fully operational -

There are images of about 6 or 7 seperate parks in this thread. the one in the first post has been shut down for 4 years now i believe and wont reopen the one tyandor posted is still open but deserted pretty much -
