Might as well, here's my personal preference from least liked to most so far:
Genesis- I would have liked it better if you only had the island with the swans on it, because I did like the ideas there.
Rugged Range- Old Red did the same exact thing that Kumba did, but one, he didn't openly acknowledge it (and it probably wasn't the purpose in the first place) and two, Kumba's had a more entertaining history of releases imo. I guess its better to copy off of yourself instead of others, but really its better to not have to copy at all.
Memory Lane- Fun, but like I said before I would have liked it to show some foresight into the future of your memory lane, especially since you finished with so much time left.
EN MIDVINTERNATTSDRÖM- Had me so convinced with that dead atmosphere, but then that coaster that didn't come out as it appeared in his mind made things awkward. If there is some hidden meaning, I don't think dj was decisive enough on it. It is good to see that people are allowing the possibility that there is more than meets the eye, but in a contest like this where there are 10 supposedly better parks to download and look at, I find that I lack the motivation to look through this more incisively atm unless I did have a readme; hence the reason I did so a year ago.
The Time Machine- To be honest, I was confused by this. I can see the concept in having the dinosaur time and the ancient civilization time, but then there was the army time and computer time and lost souls. Unless I'm missing the point, I didn't really think that this park was well thought out, as from the example above and the naming of the attractions, both rides and shops. I did like the Indiana-Jones ride, that I watched over and over again.
Mossflower Wood- I said in its individual topic that it made the two point shot, but I'd like to elaborate a little here. Originally this two pointer looked like a standard shot, not too difficult or important in the game it was in, etc. After looking at the instant replay, I saw that this was one of those shots that looked easy but was harder than it looked. This park did have details and effort, and if not for the extreme overuse of 2x2 archecture that gave its initial appearance that of a standard 2 and the immaturely created coasters, I would say that this was the best park so far. Of course, only two parks have been released so far, but anywayssss...
Ecstasy Summit- As many have pointed out, it's not just a "has been done before" park, its a "has recently been done by Jkay before" park. It almost felt like a little excerpt out of RMM, but it did have its nice touches. The fountains in the river were my personal favorite. The thing is that even though the theming choices aren't so redundant, their execution is. Its the same problem I feel that Kumba has, which is that your atmosphere's are all kind of the same, and now its come to the point where you have released a good deal of parks.
Cinemagix- I still do not understand why people were "let down" by this park. Even if it doesn't compare to IT2 in terms of ideas, I feel its somewhat conservative refined solidness shows some variation in SF's work and gives something that's pleasant to look at. One thing I definitely do not get is how MW was placed over this by the LL judges, because even though this park would equate to I guess more of a "classic rct2" look, it has some outstanding coasters especially compared to #9. The mine train was everything one should be minus an exciting ending of some sort, but it did not lead off with a 60 degree, 100ft. drop, but instead it played its role as a family ride, even if a more intense one at that. The custom SLC was very well done minus that transfer track, which would be extremely impractical, but the layout was very good, even realistic; it was just a very maturely made coaster. The Austin Powers coaster was great for one reason, and that was its slower pacing as stand-ups need to be. Sure the areas did not stay true to the theme, but any theme that they did stay true to beat out the themes presented so far in the pt2.
Sea World Brisbane- http://forums.nedesi...ndpost&p=302593
Zodiac Thrills- http://forums.nedesi...ndpost&p=301957
Tierre Mortica- I have a long write-up on this park to be posted soon...
Disneyair- I hope I have gotten the point across in its thread how much I love the park.
This is I guess the final list, thank you everybody who participated for giving me the pleasure to view these parks, it was really fun both to view and participate.Edited by Phatage, 12 March 2006 - 06:11 PM.

I'm going to keep my comments in here more to a minimum (except for maybe the parks I haven't really commented on yet). The longer comments you'll find in the park topics (except for those I haven't commented on yet).
13. Memory Lane - Kumba - Filled with lots of great details, the only thing that holds it back, in my opinion, is the fact that it takes up only about a third of the map. There was probably more you could've done too. In fact, you could've done some metaparkmaking and had the last section connect back to the beginning and have it be based on Memory Lane itself. But in short, I really enjoyed this one, it's just a pity there isn't more to it.
12. Rugged Range: The Last Ride - Old Red - This is actually sort of like the anti-Memory Lane for me. It lacks a lot of details, and becomes a park that's almost more enjoyable to view while zoomed out a bit. Basically, the fact that the map was full is a plus, and the landscaping was great, but there was little archy I enjoyed aside from the large complex around the go-carts, and it was lacking in rides, though the wooden coasters were pretty good.
11. Mossflower Wood - Jazz - One of the most completed parks we've seen so far, but I felt that the lack of details, and the fairly average coasters and archy were a bit of a let down.
10. Cinemagix - Six Frags - I felt about the same way Phatage did. I was quite impressed with this park, and not really dissapointed by any aspect of it, other than that it lacked depth. Overall it was a great all around park.
9. Genesis - Magnus - I ed the elevators, and the whole Eden section in general was just quite awesome, except for the coaster, of course. Cloud Nine Labs was architecturally very nice, but I couldn't really get into the 4D for some reason. And the Journey to God area was just fun cloudinessity. Clouds are fun. The dive machine was probably my favorite coaster. So in short, I liked all of it, but I still felt it was a little lacking, in that some of the areas could probably be expanded a bit. Eden would've been nice if it had some more open garden type areas to it. I personally could've done with a few more explicit drug references, since they made me laugh.
8. En Midvinternattsdrom - d4rkj4nu5 - A city with a strangely deserted feel and lovely, grand architecture. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, a decent coaster. That lowered it down a bit later in regards to other parks. Still, this will probably remain as one of the most memorable parks of the competition.
7. Ecstasy Summit - JKay - Another all around excellent park, except this one also has some great coasters to back it up (though they could've used some work), and the archy was generally superb. I'm still not a great fan of your coloring, but it wasn't too big of a deal here, as I was able to appreciate it in the digital area, and it just wasn't a problem in the Razorback area. Anywho, excellent work.
6. Sea World Brisbane - Steve -
5. Euphoria City - Ride6 -
4. The Time Machine - X250 -
3. Tierra Mortica - Corkscrewed -
2. Zodiac Thrills - cBass - It has a strong overriding theme, with cBasstastic detailing and sculptures and such, great archy, and the best coasters in the contest so far. I like. EDIT: Okay, I commented on it in it's topic.
1. Busch Gardens Sydney - Phatage -
So far I haven't had any particularly strong feelings for any of them (i.e., love or hate), except for d4rkj4nu5' entry, which I was very impressed by. The rest are all still very good though, just for the most part there hasn't been anything about any one in particular that's made me want to rank it much higher than any others. So basically, I like them all about equally, and thus I like them all quite a bit. EDIT: Actually, JKay's park is now above dj's. EL EDITO: And I really like cBass' entry.
I'll edit this later as more parks are released. And I made it out of 13 now, since I don't want to put my park on there.Edited by Xcoaster, 19 March 2006 - 04:57 PM.

How my rankings have changed a bit over time:
14. Memory Lane
13. Cinemagix (got nothing out of this park, sorry)
12. Rugged Range
11. En Midvinternattsdrom (I would rank this park higher, except that I don't like any of my higher-ranked parks less than it enough to switch placings...the old conundrum)
10. The park that I had at 10th, yet to be released
9. The park that I had at 8th, yet to be released
8 (maybe 7). Mossflower Wood

Memory Lane- Fun, but like I said before I would have liked it to show some foresight into the future of your memory lane, especially since you finished with so much time left.
You know at first I did plan to have a KC preview area at the very end of it, but I just ran out of space as crazy as that sounds. I just built it that shape and decided not to add any more space coz then I could not do 1 long path and would need to do another. -

I'll give a quick rundown of how I would rate things if I were to rejudge as well. (only the parks that have been released are listed, others can slip in moving some parks higher-my original ranking is in parentheses)
14. Rugged Range - No Change. Instead of black tiles he filled the map with trees. Not much difference from Kumba in this respect. (14)
13. Memory Lane - Still not enough there, but the humour factor keeps it out of last once again (13)
12. Mossflower Wood - The poor quality of most of the coasters and repetiveness in architecture is the big drawback for me. (12)
11. Cinemagix - I stand by my feeling that he needed to represent his themes better even if they were merely inspired by the movies. I have improved my view of the coasters tho (11)
10. Genesis - I felt like I was on the outside looking in at a wild idea that just didn't connect. (9)
9. The Time Machine - After some of the initial impression of the park wore off, I realized that this style just isn't my thing. Too much going on. Too much hacking is not the way to my RCT heart. (8 )
8. Ecstasy Summit - A fairly complete entry so far with quality coasters, landscaping and theming. There's just something about the colors that turns me off. (7)
7. EN MIDVINTERNATTSDRÖM - I've wavered more on this park than any other in the competition, this is my only big mover so far. As much as I love the atmosphere, the lack of that defining ride moment keeps me from moving it up too far. (10)
6. DisneyAir - Still a little rough around the edges, but the ideas and execution were fantastic (6)
5. Euphoria City - Great park, but over time I've come to enjoy Zodiac Thrills & DisneyAir more. (4)
4. Zodiac Thrills - Another park that I'm appreciating more with time. Don't be surprised if this one slides up a place or two on my final rankings. (5)
3. Sea World Brisbane - This park did a great job at creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A sense of peacefulness swept across me when I explored it. (2)
No major changes yet, just a flip in two of the parks. I'm still relatively happy with my rankings obviously. -

If D2J had judged:
14| Kumba- Memory Lane | Hmm, well I can give you credit for being crazy .
13| Old Red- Rugged Range | Very natural feel to the park, really felt like it had just created itself a million years ago. You succeeded in what you built, and It felt it like a place i once visited, but there really wasn't a lot there. Nice duelers!
12| Corkscrewed- Tierre Mortica | Yuck! I really hated it, it being so lifeless and all, you've got some nice ideas, but I can't give credit for it.
11| D4rkJ4nu5- En Midvinternattsdröm | You had fantastic atmosphere, the architecture was just so good. But I really disliked the prison, and it not having a real rides was killing it. If only you had some ghosty coaster or a deserted carnival.. It would have made so much difference.
10| Jkay- Ecstasy Summit | If it wasn't for the Roman area it would havebeen top five. I simply fell in love with the woody, and the B&M . The theming was just brilliant, except for the Roman area, I was really digusted by it. It was Jkay style, but in the wrong way.
9| cBass- Zodiac Thrills | Very nice idea for a park, loved the border round it, the coasters were very good, and I don't see anything holding it back. But for some reason I liked other parks better. This was a worthy entry, and though it wasn't average, it was average.
8| Magnus- Genesis | Magnus, yes! Really liked the little sigining, all the coasters, the clouds.. It was just a dream to look at this. But what was that needle add the Diving Machine for? And the size of it also held it back. Maybe SF says it was built to impress, but I like that in a park.
7| ride6- Euphoria City
6| SixFrags- Cinemagix | This was a magic park to me, maybe it was pretty standard, but it just kept growing on me. Loved the architecture, and where at first the coasters were a bit slow, I aprreciate them now. Just there was no aim in this park.
5| Xcoaster - Disney Air
4| Steve - Sea World Bribane
3| Jazz- Mossflower wood | Wowy! I totally got caught up in this fantasy world, every bit of it I enjoyed, but it wasn't too professional, so that's what kept it at bronze.
2| Phatage- Busch Gardens Sydney | Wow, you stood far above all the other entries. Wacky, creative, you pulled it off realistic, but still it wasn't the gold in my eyes. If only you had a bigger parkmap !
1| X250- The Time Machine | This park had everything I search for in a park, creativity, detail, fantasy.. Perfect! I couldn't fined any mistakes in this. Those landmines and smoke in the mine area, loved those. The lost choppers in the future area were great! Really I could write on and on of things I liked, without pointing out things I didn't like!
Finalizing the list here.. if I had judged someone would have been Screwed . The open spaces is where I felt there were big steps upward towards the lower parks. Almost finished! Maybe a couple of changes in the placement also .Edited by Akasha, 20 March 2006 - 10:08 AM.

I guess I'll give my own opinion's about this.
14- Old Red, alway's good landscaping. But the architecture didn't appeal to me.
13- Jazz, great improvement from when you first started. I just didn't like the plain 2X2 buildings.
12- Kumba, personally I thought it was awesome. Loved looking at your old style again.
11- DarkJanus, incredible architecture. But was dull, and gloomy.
10- Magnus, liked the stoned swans. <3
9- Six Frags, you always have that look that's in all of your parks, and it never gets old.
8- CBass, not as good as BOMB but was still on the same course.
7-6- X250, I think you tied it with JKay in my opinion. You had an awesome idea to this park.
6-7- JKay, alway's loved your unique style.
And now, I will put the top 5:
5- Ride6, maybe fourth. I think he'll get a parkmaker spot.
4- XCoaster, a very suprising finish. Even though I knew he was good.
3- Corkscrewed.
2- Steve. (If he does it)
1- Phatage, for obvious reasons.
EDIT: I updated it as all the other's are doing.Edited by Thrice, 05 March 2006 - 09:26 AM.

14. Old Red - Wasn't a fan of this...not much to see so didn't keep me looking for long
13. Jazz - The architecture was too repetative, the coasters generally had poor layouts. The woodie's area however was pretty good
12. Kumba - Very nice concept and executed superbly, just wasn't much of it and it was more of a gimmick than a PT Park
11. Six Frags - Some lovely architecture in places, but the coasters were averagely themed and shared little references to the movies they were named after.
10. Magnus - Some really nice ideas such as the stoned swans. Great 4D's and solid invert. Pulled down by the extremely dull mine train and the lack of a completed feel so didn't keep me looking for that long
9. Dark Janus - By far the best architecture in the contest so far with some fantastic original uses of pieces. Some wonderful details such as the broken railroad. Not enough rides and lack of real coaster brought it down for me, but nevertheless, a park that I will look at again and again
8. Jkay - Shows fantastic improvement in coaster layouts, some astounding theming and landscaping with lots to look at. Just at the head of the pack for me so far.
7. X250 - Loadsa amazing ideas and some awesomely themed coasters in there made for a park that was a blast to look at. However the central time machine building was pretty ugly and the park suffered from being slightly over cramped with too many ideas in such a small area.
6. Ride6 - Great park with some ace rides (particularly coasters) Some really good architecture forms, but then some extremely average ones. Didn't really get the ride ideas, but they cool anyway. Some fantastic dramatic landscaping and foliaging to top of a well rounded display of parkmaking.
5. Xcoaster - A really good general concept with some awesome details, great trackitecture and nice air machines. I found it hard however to look at the park with all the large buildings blocking my way and taking over what area some really cool details.
4. Steve - Some really nice architecture, landscaping and coaster design. Really realistic touches such as the brake run on hurricane and transfer tracks. The show stadium thing is amazing with a lovely woodie rollercoaster cover and a great entrance. Wasn't that much to look at though and didn't leave me exploring as much as...say cBass' entry.
3. cBass - Beautiful park with some amazing ideas, particularly the libra and cancer flat rides. Shows a great deal of improvement in coaster ability from his earlier work with Taurus and Aries being the cream of the crop. Definately one I'm going to look at time and time again.
2. Cork - Awesome park that created a whole new world with language and everything that was really good and was a joy to look at. The coasters were good, but spent too much time underground. The architecture was exquisite and the theming awesome. Great work
1. Phatage - Quite possibly the best rct2 park ever, easily the one with the best details. The realism in this was amazing with one of the best inverts, if not the best invert ever made. The interaction with the rapids was expertly done. The dueling woodies were great and that intamin accelerator was one of the most realisticaly done ive seen. All in all great park.

13. Old Red [5.0]
Didn't do much for me. Forest fire was nice.
12. Kumba [6.2]
Surprisingly charming, with plenty of cool ideas. Unfortunately, this was about quarter size.
11. Six Frags [6.7]
A nice solid park, but somewhat forgettable. Nice architecture though.
10. Jazz [7.6]
A very charming fantasy park and the contest's biggest pleasant surprise by far. Though there was nothing amazing, what was there was very solid, extremely nice to look at, and well thought out.
9. Magnus [7.7]
I still don't understand how a guy who's never released anything outside of a contest could get so much work done in one park! This was a bit small, but densely packed with quality. Adam & Eve ruled.
8. Dark Janus [7.9]
The best urban-style park ever made.
7. X250 - The Time Machine [8.3]
An excellent park with plenty of great ideas, details, and small touches that show tremendous skill. However, a lack of overall discipline knocks this park down a bit under JKay and cBass, whose parks had the same amount of quality but better discipline in their integration of parts.
6. JKay - Ecstasy Summit [8.4]
Continues the trend of solid parkmaking with significant improvement in the coaster category. The days of JKay being an up and comer are long gone... this guy's a PRO.
5. Steve - Sea World Brisbane [8.5]
So what if it isn't anything super brand new? It's still one of the most absolutely elegantly gorgeous RCT 2 works ever made.
4. cBass - Zodiac Thrills [8.6]
The Phish comes through with a park that will take hours to truly explore. Following the Miesian dictum that God is in the Details, cBass truly packs it in with excellent everything.
3. ride6 - Euphoria City [8.8]
A huge but awesome surprise with fantastic Mala-inspired (but not copied) landscaping and rides and some rigorous architecture that would have been unbelievable if it was more consistent. This was a joy to explore.
2. Xcoaster - DisneyAIR [9.4]
Whoa, where did THIS come from? Xcoaster may have just proven himself to be the best RCT sculptor in the game, and the hacks and creative ideas certainly did not hurt at all!
1. Phatage - Busch Gardens Sydney [9.5]
The ultimate little details park. As fantastic as Xcoaster's presentation was, it cannot beat Phatage's subtle, refined exercises in the portrayal of realism. The park doesn't look realistic as a whole, but explore it and fantastic little secrets reveal themselves to you.
Obviously, I didn't include my own entry, but if I had to rank it, I'd honestly put it somewhere in the top three, above ride6's park, but not too far ahead of it. I hope no one takes offense to this, as I'm not trying to be arrogant. Where it ranks in relation to Xcoaster and Phatage I think really depends on personal tastes. -

This is sort of late, but here are my reviews in the order I think they should have been in:
1) Tierre Mortica-Corskcrewed: This displayed some amazing architecture, and some excellent theming throughout. However, there were a bit too many underground sections on some of the layouts, but for the most part it was fine. I also liked how you developed a language for the park as well. As a very solid, high-quality, complete park, I thought this should have won. 9.5/10
2) DisneyAir-Xcoaster: I really liked this park because of how unique it was; nothing was generic about it. Another bonus factor is that tons of effort is very clear in some of the buildings you have, and the "Disney" logo was awesome. The Condor Flats area was the only really high quality area, IMO though. The flyer was incredible, and the Soarin' recreation was good as well. The rest of the park was very above-average for me, except for Discovery Mountain was superb. 9.2/10
3)-Busch Gardens Sydney-Phatage: For the most part, this was obviously an excelent entry. But I had many mixed feelings about this. The "forest" area was a complete letdown IMO. Not enough space at all, and the massive trees were quite repeatitive and too dominating for the most part. This area just seemed like a cramped mess to me, I couldn't get myself to like it. But besides this, the rest of the park was extremely nice. The dueling woodies, the rocket, and the inverted were obvious strong points to the park, showing that, IMO, coasters are your strongest area. The archy was there for the most part, and the "roller-soaker" area was oozing with atmosphere. But I have to point out that I couldn't see any relation with Sydney in this park, and the realism wasn't there for the most part IMO... However all of the nice details sort of make up for it. 9.0/10
4) Euphoria City-ride6: A very enjoyable park to say the least, and the landscaping was top-notch. The dueling layouts were fantastic, and the woodie was excellent as well. The Cultivation Canal was a huge boost to the park IMO, dominating that corner of the park. The rest of it featured some good archy here and there, but it was a bit too "mala-esque" for my likings, and some of it looked disorganized. 8.8/10
5) Zodiac Thrills-cBass: The main thing this park had going for it was amazing creativity, as well as a really neat idea for a park. The coaster layouts, as well as some of the details, were very unique. The only thing I didn't enjoy was some of the archy here and there, but it didn't bring it down a lot. 8.6/10
6) Sea World Brisbane-Steve: Hmmm... this was a bit of a disappointment. It's definitely not that I didn't like it, but I just expected a bit more. The coaster layouts were quite generic and nothing new, including some of the theming as well. But the main strengths I found in this park were: Architecture, neatness, organization, and atmosphere. The cons were mainly: Coaster layouts (not that they were bad, just generic), some details missing (i.e. animals in zoo), creativity, and originality. Although, that stadium was another extra boost to the park though. 8.3/10
7) Time Machine-X250: In general, I thought this was a very above-average park with a lot of good details. The Roman area was extremely generic and nothing new, while the War area was creative and pulled off well. Everything else was about above-average, and the quality of the park was a bit too unbalanced. Another letdown to the park was the Time Machine, which I thought was quite ugly. It was still a good park, though. 8.1/10
8 ) Ecstasy Summit-JKay: I really think that the futuristic area was amazing, with excellent colors and a very good coaster layout. This was the real dominating area in the park, IMO. The woodie was above-average, with some nice buildings and theming, but nothing standing out. The Spartan area wasn't working for me, especially since I couldn't distinguish the Roman influence there, but the coaster layout was decent to say the least. Although this park was good, and had a superb area, there just wasn't anything significant about it to get it a higher spot, IMO. 7.7/10
9) En Midventernattsdrom-DarkJanus: This park featured some excellent, "larger than life" architecture, which was the main thing going for this park. Most of this was quite confusing, and not really having a "real" coaster or ride, contributing a huge letdown to the park. The theming was there, but it wasn't necessarily "complete" without a good selection of rides to interact the theming with. 7.4/10
10) The Genesis-Magnus: It definitely wasn't original or wasn't "complete" by any means, but there was some pretty good theming, and the 4-D was excellent. Besides that, nothing great... and the GCC relation really let it down as well. The rainbow was a nice little detail, however. 6.8/10
11) Cinemagix-Six Frags: I thought this was a very enjoyable park, feautring some very good architecture and a great mine train layout. The rest was extremely forgettable and somewhat generic (i.e. Judge Dredd with Archangel influence). Still, an average park though. 6.2/10
12) Rugged Range-Old Red: Although I never saw this in game, judging from the screens I saw of it, it was quite below-average and the waterfalls and surrounding landscape were all it had going for it. The rest looked quite below-average, but the forest fires were a good detail. 5.7/10
13) Memory Lane- Kumba: There obviously wasn't enough space filled up, and it was a mess in some areas. There were a few cool little details here and there, but a neat park at best. 5.0/10
I'd also like to take this time to thank Iris for developing this contest, as well as Corky for making all of the awesome logos and such. Another big thanks goes to the judges panel (especially Natelox and Fatha... ) as well, for taking time to judge each park indivually. I had a lot of fun entering this contest, but I will say that I have improved a lot since I built Mossflower Wood...
Thanks again to everyone I previously mentioned, as well as the rest of the PT2 entrants who managed to get a park in.
