Dell probably doesn't bother fixing that shit because only 10% of people (like Bruckner) are savvy enough to find that shit and care about. The rest of their customers probably either don't know any better or don't want to go through the hassle of returning it and everything (that would be me). Go Dell. -

I Apple's customer service. I sent them my broken iPod (I turned it on one day, and it gave me an error message. I think it had something to do with not reading the hard drive) and within a week they sent me a brand new one in return.Edited by Dixon Steele, 28 February 2006 - 10:08 PM.
