I added a station gardens and trees or something, according to people's suggestion.
please keep teaching me
This screen is a whole view of my recent update. I made a series of buildings, a giga coaster station, and a monorail - lift trans station.
I need a objects to cover the set of benchs, but I think there's nothing to fit into.
and I wanted to make a stage at the middle of the screen, but the 'SpotLight Pack' made some error in game, so i gave up.Edited by brightgoods, 16 February 2006 - 09:55 AM.

The first screen is quite pleasant and very atmospheric, but the second screen still demonstrates the same problem you had with the screens in your other topic; poor tree placement. The sandy land texture just doesn't work with those types of tree either. -

RCT3 is a beautiful looking game, but that does not mean you can ignore the smaller aspects of parkmaking and get away with it. As JKay mentioned, place your trees with thought and care and it will make a huge difference. One other little thing that bothers me is the clock on the side of the building. What's the point of having a clock where people aren't gonna see it. Put it on a tower, or on the face of the building. Little details like that make a huge difference. -

Thank you for your indication. but actually it's not a sandy texture, but a snowy one. and you indicated about tree planting, but i don't understand what i have to do. i just planted trees because it is a mountain, but i think you'll know the better idea.
thirteen / emm.. do you mean i shouldn't submit a series of screens out of ONE park, because it is been updated? i ask because i really don 't know.
Toon / Wow i didn't know that people can notice such a subtle one. ok, i'll fix the location of a clock right now. and same with Jkay, I wanna ask you what should i do with my billions of trees. i really have no idea. is it better to replace the texture with green one? -

It's probably not a big deal though. You are generally supposed to keep posting in the same topic for any park you start, until it's released. Unless maybe if the park changes really drastically, to the point where it's something completely different, in which case it might be okay if you started a new topic.only the mods/admins can do that
Anyways, I don't really have much to add about the screens, aside from what some other people said. One thing that cBass was starting to get at in the other topic was that aside from just keeping trees more grouped together, you might also want to keep more of the same types of trees together. As you can see in the photo he posted, a lot of the trees and plants that are by each other are of the same variety, which makes sense, since trees usually don't travel that far from their parents. However, this probably isn't much of a problem at this point, since there is not a whole lot of variety to the different kinds of trees yet anyway. So, get a little more variety first with some bushes and such, as he suggested, and just keep in mind what I said. Basically, plants don't grow at entirely random intervals all over the landscape, but the same varieties tend to stick together in clumps.
That sure was rambling. Sorry. I'm working on an essay, so I'm in a very rambling mood.
