Looks awesome so far X. Loving the mcdonalds with the drive thru and everything, I would persoally keep it as maccy d's though, contrary to what others have said. I agree with getting rid of those custom cars, not nice. and ventilation if you are going for uber realism. I dunno who came up with them first, but those picnic tables are fucking ace. I'll have to nick that I think!

I agree with Steve, absolutely aweful park name, and no, naming is not your strong point.

Geez, what a barage of commentary you've gotten already X! Looks like I've got some major competition here in the Ad District now.

As far as the park, I must say I'm pretty impressed with the presentation thus far. Its very professional and you've definitely got my attention. Its really good to see you have this much love for the game to have the balls to take on a project of this magnitude (Project Yum is smaller than my last park). However, I know you will probably finish based on what I know about you as a parkmaker these days.

I'm not going to nit-pick too much here, because most of my nit-picks have already been said. First and foremost would be the park name. "Bays of Tropica" just doesn't fit imo, at least in this stage of the park and to me, is a name with little character or appeal. But park naming is difficult and I think this one could simply start as a "project" to really drive home the realistic approach you've taken to demonstrate its construction. Its up to you though, of course. I don't really have many other nit-picks other than what was mentioned about some of the custom scenery (specifically the cars and maybe what phatage said about the small trees). I also agree that the McDonalds restaurant, while amazingly well-done, doesn't have that pre-themepark appeal I would be looking for when coming to visit a park like this. McDonald's is nothing special imo; they're everywhere and usually more dominant in urban areas (which is why I built one in the ghetto section of Rappers Delite). Therefore, I have to again agree with phatage that something less commercialized and more unique would be more appropriate here. Although, I wouldn't change that building, I would just try to make some other pre-entrance attractions that fit more into that category (too much work to change imo). Lastly, I'll piggy-back phatage again by saying that the McDonalds you built is way too "clean". In other words, I would expect much more clutter on the roof of that building (vents, chimney, etc..)

So I'll end here by pointing out what I like so far about this. My favorite detail so far is the mushroom-colored picnic umbrella you've captured in the first screen. That is wonderful and just immerses the screen with atmosphere. Next would be the custom tables for the outdoor McDonalds eating area. Perfectly done and beautifully colored. Last would be the foliage. Although I find it a bit thick, I can tell its masterfully done and it really makes for a lush setting.

Whew. Sorry for being so long-winded X. Good luck on this. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this park.

Oh, and I'd be willing to take up a guest spot, at your discretion of course. I'm not the best realistic parkmaker, but I think I could restrain myself and make something useful for you.

Great texture use! Loving the seating area (though I recognize those from egghead's no path-thingie) . But I really miss something in the McDonald's.. the slide! .

Cus that's what makes a McDonald's a McDonald's to me .

You can have that table, but I own the rights to the center capped support one everyone and their mother uses. (first done in Super Runner-Up Iron Wood Valley.)

ok what me bothers a little bit is that the street has 3 lanes and you dont know which is the direction of the middle-lane

Thanks everyone, ive sorted the ventilation, fixed the table and have got someone (RCTFAN- all praise him), to help me out with the cars.

Oh, just a quick and minor observation, but what about a stop sign at the intersection in the first pic? Just a thought.

^lol. Yeah. I like the screens. The McDonalds is very good, as is the parking lot. The thing that stands out here is the foliage. Very well done!

The cars are really bad, so is all of it really, like the roads, they are bad with that shitty scenery. You are clearly not a very good parkmaker, my own stuff is much better and i have only been playing for a few months
