How does a messenger bag work on a bike? That would throw me all out of balance. I've used backpacks on bikes, they work fine. Especially Camelbaks, those are your best option.I don't agree with the messenger bags, people actually need to use them if they ride bikes; also, they work better for some.
Ok fine! I have a messenger bag and I like it. -

When I ride on a bike backpacks move around and shit, if you have your messenger bag on right it should never move. Bottom line is I just like them better. Camelbaks do not holy anything. -

Camelbaks hold plenty. Not much for school textbooks, sure, but that was not their original intent. And I don't ride my bike to school anymore, that's what my Jeep is for. -

LOL, way to botch things, Andy. Hetero = Straight. And though you try to sound all tolerant, metro is NOT a sexuality. It's a habit or "lifestyle" if you want. Don't play off of stereotypes, and if it was accidental, then don't bite off more than you can chew.
Heterosexual
Bisexual
Homosexual
Not sure
Four choices max (hey, some people really don't know), prolly three if you wanted to simplify it.
Besides, if we had any lesbians on NE drooling NE'ers would have scared her away long ago. -

Other.
Corky, I agree that the poll is flawed, but I don't think yours is a much better alternative, because it's too simplified. Listing every sexuality would be impossible (IMO), but you don't even have an "other" option, implying that a person can always fit comfortably into one of those three categories and if they don't, they just haven't made up their mind yet.
Also, personally I see a difference between straight and heterosexual: straight is a "lifestyle", while heterosexual is only the sexual preference. Similarily, a person might be homosexual but not identify as gay. -

Well, i see myself as a semi-metrosexual then, i don't have a purse though. I should work out, i think i'm going to again, i'm busy with how my hair looks and getting my skin smooth, and i like to wear 'nice' clothes. What i've just bought are these lovely low-waist almost black blue jeans, with funky shit on them, a lovely shirt i can finally fit that necklace on, and a lovely warm pullover. (and i love the way the collar looks over the pullover =D) Anyways, i think a lot of guys care less about what they wear and how they look, but there are definitely still people that care more. Anyways, i totally agree it's a lifestyle, groove armada all the way.
Mmm.. i think the whole term came to life because caring about your appearance, etc. seemingly (finally) doesn't have anything to do with your sexuality..Edited by Evil WME, 30 January 2006 - 04:35 AM.

Or a eunuch, android, or computer.Wanker.
Or Hermy.
Edit: Or even a plant.
Actually, don't plants have male and female sexes? Or is a single plant composed of two sexes? I don't remember. But I guess they'd still probably be without sexuality, since they don't worry about what other plants they get pollinated by.
I put myself as heterosexual just to be different, but now I come to find out, that's different from straight, which I also consider myself. So I don't know.Edited by Xcoaster, 30 January 2006 - 03:57 PM.

I think that actually stating what gender(s) you are sexually attracted to (and how, perhaps) is a better way to define your sexuality than attempting to pick the label which most closely describes you.
