Openly place a link somewhere on the main page that says something like "Design from the English New Element"
Not American. Yes American owned and opporated but in all trueth this site is an English site because that's the language most hevily used on it.

I think we've already established that we're not making a bit deal out of this case.
I just asked them to cite where they copied. -

phatage was more giving a small jab at the community here rather than an honest inquiry. -

Hey the copyright date says 1999-2006. Isn't that longer than NE has been around. Or maybe they're just saying that so they can say NE copied from them. -

I guessed that Guljam created this when I saw the rubics cube stuff...
and a link to his email on the about page. -

I admit that I copied design of "NE". Well, i always wanted to make a website that is similar to NE. However, the area of the country is not as big as yours and there is no website that provides more specific information of RCT, which means there isn't many people who play RCT.
Most of data in my website are from 1 ~ 2 years when i first made 4None.
I'm so sorry that I copied most of design from your website. However, I hope you would understand. This website is not that big
If you want me to change the design, i'll definitly change it as soon as possible
Dang your english improved...
Or maybe I'm just confused.
