My wife and I went to see Eagle Eye awhile back and I wouldn't recommend it unless you only want to see some action scenes. The plot was very weak and up until the very end I kept thinking that there had to be something more to the story... but then the movie ended and my wife and I left feeling like we had wasted time and money. I think the plot was written within a few minutes by someone still in middle school.

RCTFAN: What did you think of Quantum of Solace? I'm looking forward to that movie but sadly it doesn't play in theaters here until the 14th of November.

If you enjoyed Casino Royale then you will enjoy Quantum too. More action and the a more 'personal' bond.

Quantum of Solace is a bit too highbrow a title for a bond movie, imo.

I'm watching Sukiyaki Western Django later on today. other than that... the old disney 20,000 Leagues.

    Batman Begins

I actually like this one better than Dark Knight, mainly because it's a lot darker, and has more action in it. Can't wait until 3 (or 4) comes out.

Watched Wall-e while handing out the candy tonight, but I just finished watching the new Tinker Bell movie. A lot better/funnier than I thought it'd be.

Watched "What Lies Beneath" last night with my wife. (after the kids were in bed) Not a bad show, we've seen it numerous times. One thing that bugs me in this movie is how nasty Michelle Pfeiffer's toe nails look during the bathtub scene. ick...

Get the fuck out. Someone on here, not only is married, but has KIDS?? Shit yeah RCT isn't just for kids anymore!!

Anyways, I don't watch nearly as many movies as I'd like to, but I watched Casino Royale for like the 80th time the other day to prepare for Quantum of Solace. Last movie in theatre was The Dark Knight I believe.

marsh, aren't you 14? You literally just admitted to illegalness on the Internet. I, personally, don't give a FLYING FUCK, but someone else might.

Anyways, you Englanders are lucky, seeing QoS already!!!!!
  • marsh%s's Photo
    wtf are you talking about?
  • Kevin Enns%s's Photo
My first paragraph discussed the folly of you posting the fact that you are:
    A) 14/15
    B) Going to go see Saw V.
This is illegal. I personally don't give a FLYING FUCK what you see, and, frankly, hate ratings systems that are a slap in the face to parents, but the gov't doesn't, so you are incriminating yourself.

My second paragraph discussed the luck of Brits who already got to see Quantum of Solace, a couple more weeks here for me!

    Max Payne

Not as terrible as I thought, but still the worst movie I've seen in a while. That minute long slo-mo shot was crazy, though.

my parents let me see R rated movies, they actualy want to see them too, so if its okay with them, why is it illegal?
  • Steve%s's Photo
If you're under 17 you are technically not allowed to enter an R rated film unless you have a parent or guardian with you. So I suppose Kevin is right, but being underage at an R rated movie is almost as big a deal as underage drinking; everyone does it.

    FLYING FUCK

Excuse me, but that's my expression you monster.

Good call. I was thinking of my own situation, I would never be allowed.

I watched Tommy Boy because it's one of those movies you can watch 100000x and never get bored of imo.
