I saw Spiderman 3 at the midnight premier in Imax. I saw Brent and Allison there too, though I didn't really get to talk to them. Anyways, I thought it was good. I think the second one is still better, but I think I liked this one more than the first. I could see how people might not like some of it, but I think it's getting a much worse reputation than it deserves. It's doing pretty well though.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - Not nearly as cool as the book, but it was okay. Really funny at some points...

    Recently saw Spiderman 3 (7/10), Pirates 3 (8.5/10), and Shrek 3 (6/10)..

Final Score (Thai Documentary)- It's a film that follows the life of 4 Thai boys graduating high school and preparing for their college entrance exams. Pretty stressful. Some of these schools have 200 seats open, and 10000 kids test for them. It misses some points that could have been questioned, but entertaining if you understand anything about Asia's increased standards for schooling.

Shrek 3 - 8/10 - Not too bad but not as good as the first two.

    Knocked Up - 10/10 - Funny as hell. I couldn't stop laughing.

Brick - 8/10 - Saw 3/4 of the movie. Wasn't too bad. A bit confusing but pretty good.

    Ratatouille: 9.2/10

A brilliantly composed film, with the expected excellence of Pixar animation.

I've seen a few movies in the past few days:

Saw-Brilliant. Simply brilliant (much better than the rather mindless torture movies that are so popular right now). 9/10
Ratatouille-One of Pixar's best, most definitely. The characters didn't seem entirely thought-through but the movie was very enjoyable. 9/10
Chobits-This is a Japanese anime from back in 2002 ("movie" made around 2004) I think. Great story, funny, dramatic, "cute", and everything any show or movie ever needs. I have watched it three times in the past few days, and am really looking forward to reading the books. 10/10

I finally got around to seeing Kill Bill Vol. 2 after seeing Vol. 1 like 2 years ago.

Fantastic movie, though a bit anti-climatic. Since everyone's throwing around ratings: 9/10
