Saw Dead Mans Chest again. It was better the second time because you know the plot but I still like the first one better. -

Just watched 16 Blocks with Mos Def, Bruce Willis, and David Morse. Outstanding performances by Mos and Morse, with a plot that keeps you glued to the action. Recommended by me.
I've got Richard Pryor's Live On The Sunset Strip and Memento rented but not watched yet... how are those? -

^ Ditto... except I thought it was the best movie I've seen this year.
Granted, I don't see many... but it enthralled me.

Oh, I saw World Trade Center the other night as well. Better than I expected, very emotional, a little slow... if nothing else, it's the kind of movie you show to your future kids to let them know and see what happened on 9/11. -

Spirited Away. For the billionth time...
Although a little weird...I love that movie.
Anyway, I saw "The Break-Up". I was good, but not as good as I expected. -

"Snatch" - Pretty good. I'd seen "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels" earlier, so I knew what to expect. I think I preferred this one except that I preferred the other's ending. Part of it might have just been that I couldn't understand much of the dialogue in "Lock, etc." and I couldn't follow the story. If I watched "Lock, etc." again, it might have the upper hand.
"Syriana" - I couldn't completely follow it, but it was fairly interesting.
My dad didn't like either of them because he didn't understand anything that was happening in either.
