Just saw Pirates... I personally thought it was a very entertaining movie; one of the best movies I've seen this year. While it may have not been as refined as the 1st one was, nor did it "flow" as well; I was amazed by the quality of the stunts and the action; there was never a "boring" part throughout the movie.
One qualm I had with the movie was the beginning; it didn't start as "strongly" as the first one did. However, there were many interesting details that were better than the first one too, such as the Kraken, Davy Jones (and crew), and the Flying Dutchman was a pretty intense ship.
So, I thought this was a very good movie; it kept me more entertained than the first one, put in most of the other categories, the first one was better. Still, I don't think it could have been pulled off much better, and the ending was very, very good. Nevertheless, a fantastic movie definitely worth seeing.

Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest
It was enjoyable, but lacked a lot of what the first one had. The only part of this movie that measured up was their run-in with the natives. Otherwise, as Jazz mentioned, we really have no idea what they're galavanting about in the first place until about half way through the movie. The fact I liked least about the movie was the ending.Spoiler. Another aspect that bothered me were Davy Jones and his ship mates. I found it difficult to visually differentiate between characters, ship and water. Anyways, a good movie, but not as good as the first instalment. I own the first one, and I'm not planning on purchasing the second; if that is any indication of my position. -

Did you like it?...I saw it last weekend...
I think it was quite enjoyable, but not the best movie ever, by Pixar. -

saw superman yesterday.
superman sucked. well it didn't suck, it just wasn't great and parts of it were just boring. there was next to no interaction between superman and lex and well... it was just average. -

I enjoyed it. The story was probably the most complex out of all of Pixar's movies what with the Route 66 town decline and the old racing legend which made it feel a little different than the other movies. There were also a lot of great details that make Pixar movies so great. Toy Story will probably always be my favorite Pixar movie though. (I did like what they did in the end with that.) -

Cars / Nacho Libre (drive-in double feature)
They were both good, I like Cars more, but I'm sure my wife and I will watch Nacho dozens of times when we get it on DVD. And Cars, I'm sure my son will have me watch it hundreds of times.. -

I saw Superman today and really enjoyed it. I went in with really low expectations, but am now even considering getting the DVD when it comes out. -

it really was...
Just got back from seeing Cars. I'll say it was 'cute'. Nice moral I think, though.
But it was nice to be in a theater with four other people. -

Dead Man's Chest.
Entertaing, although I liked more the first one, but this one is quite enjoyable anyway. Nice special effects and a hilarious performance by Johnny Depp were enough for me. (The others also acted well, but Captain Sparrow is the kickass)
It's worth seeing it.
