I hope there will be some more of them soon. Maybe someone does some of the Prelims or so. That'd be nice. I'd do one myself but right now i could'nt think of a park that's not already been done or that i know more details of. I have to look closer next times...

To go back, i think if i ever choose a park with tons of little stuff Emergo's Atversicolored would be my first choice!! its such a well put together park combining detail, atmosphere, peep ability and so much more. the little parts of it are so great. she just pulls it together so well!!

Ya know I was just going through this fourm and noticed that geewhzz took good quality effort into scaning those parks. I am not one to do that all the time. The only times I ever do it is when the park really grabs my attention.

Anyway I figured since gee took time to see the qualities in other peoples parks, lets see his. Now I know that some things that I may point out in his Kindered design maybe small and simple but, that is the reasoning of the thread.

You have to love the fact that geewhzz took a lot of time to hack the catwalk and play with it untill it did not glitch. The monorail track is used perfect here to get the realism look of the lift hill. And of course I can not for get the very top of the coaster of where it ends. It is so realistic in this area with the use of scenery to perfect the chain lift. The supporting was very well done and I love the cross bar that holds the coaster and catwalk together.

This just goes to show how much of a great realistic park maker he is by using steps, and ramps for the handicap. Nice touch.

Nice, normal transfer track, but I like how he miss colored the end of the support track. Also notice how he continues to use the monorail track on the transfer track as well. I also love how he makes a tunnel at the end of the support track so mechanics can come back and forth when inspecting the ride.

Now the final of the small selection of screens. A normal path? Nope. This path is used for employees only form one building in the park to another. Nice realism feel there.

Just want to give Geewhzz some credit since he goes around inspecting and taking time to look at other parks, so yeah.

I always loved the interaction between the lift and the top of the elevator tower

    Posted Image

A lot of little things in this screen: the water spurts at the gears, waterfall interaction of the coaster, pumphouse plumbing, the water tower... pure Mala goodness

Really simple ruins but they create a great effect with both the train and log flume. Neat phoenix on the left side.

What could have easily been blank space was made into a little town with a cool burning building with some ride interaction

Love the carousel placement as well as all the little things that break up the path: the mini theater, ruins and fountain.

Always loved the figure 8 on this woodie as well as the placement of the seating area and the enclosed flats behind it

Cool little enlosed theater with red carpet (called the Red Carpet Theater)

Cool little shape created with the blocks as well as hanging plants on the building

More of the Equinox's support structure along with a caged in little seating area by the waterfall and multicolored flowers on one tile up near the top... the hacked fisherman's fences work well for the bridge too

End of que line hacked into stairs, just shows the level of detail Nate went into... some of the sunken trees are visable as well

    Posted Image
    Posted Image

Awesome cranes and the remaining supports are perfect for cables.... you can also see some of the hacked supporting track under the piers

    Posted Image

Amazing hacked layout. Notice how the supporting track lands flush with the ground as well... all pre codex

had a few more screens but that's enough for now heh

These pictures are all from 5dave's recent park, Moroverden. Bear in mind that it is a very small park, and yet so many fantastic details to be found...

    Posted Image

This first picture shows a number of lovely things. I personally like the custom lamp posts, the very simple but effective flower planters, the way the tram can be seen through the trees at the back, and the custom fence running along the back of the parking area.

    Posted Image

This is a more centered picture of the entrance, just to highlight the large range of different path types, all seamlessly blended without horrible clashing. It works so well. I'd also like to draw attention to the foliage selection. There's black bushes, bushes with red berries, golden reeds, and a range of greenery, and it combines so well. I've never seen better.

This picture shows the small range of shops in the park. I love the red and indigo overhangs, as well as the fact that every shop has its own custom made doorway, brilliant. Obviously the boat is impressive too, and each shop (and the boat) has a shop or food stall inside.

    Posted Image

This is my favorite ride in the park, the bobsled coaster. The station is so intricate, and yet it works very simply. The break runs are done very well, and the simple supporting makes for a very picturesque ride.

    Posted Image

I know lighthouses are ten a penny these days, but this one is so small in scale, and yet it works very well again. Even the garish umbrellas don't look out of place somehow.

    Posted Image

This is the back side of the station for the steel coaster, and again there's so many things to see. A really simple transfer mechanism that conveys the point perfectly (even if it is slightly shorter than the train... :S). I particularly like the buffer at the back end of the shed to stop the trains, very practical.

This gives the park some more identity, the flag of the country (Norway), with lights in front of it to light it up. It is framed perfectly in the earthy recess, with the tram line going in front of it. The flags on the lift hill are nice too.

    Posted Image

This shows the level crossing behind the buildings; again the buildings themselves are beautiful, i love the chimney, and the custom doorways.

    Posted Image

A beautiful coastline. Foliage is spot on, as it was throughout the park. The double covers for the seating area is such a simple idea. I think the red things are buoys, another nice touch. And the colouring of the land underwater to emphasise the deeper water.

    Top quality stuff.
