Ask the Experts / Error Traper and Graphics Problem

Hi, im from the Netherlands so my english is not so good..

I played RCT2 Yesterday, No problem. But i press Alt + Tab. Then i want to go back to RCT 2 and i get a error trapper. When i wanna start RCt2 again i get : COuld not initialize ghrapics system Make sure that your video card and driver are compatible with directdraw or something

And if u start my computer again i can play rct2. But i have a annoying black thing on the right of the screen. And if i do alt+tab i get a error trapper again..

I already uninstalled and installed but that doesnt work..

Can someone help me plz?

what do you mean by "black thing on the edge of the screen?"
the older computer i'm using to build currently has a 2cm (approx) wide vertical strip down the right side.. its because of the graphics driver.

Everytime i play a game (RCT, Age Of Empires) I have a black line on the right side of the screen. There is a little white line to and i dont know how that happend..

But the problem is.. I cant play RCT now

i got that prob with the screen too... but it doesnt matter for me...
i think it's a problem with the computer monitor...

Make sure your graphics drivers are updated to the most recent version.
