Mexico really shocked me, especially with the early goal, I thought they deserved to win it in the end, especially with all the Argies rolling around on the floor for 5 minutes after they'd been tapped...bloody divers...

argentina dissapointed, honestly.

mexico should have one because heinze should have been sent off imo for the action in the last minutes of the first half. He tackled, didn't get the ball, and totally prevented a goal. Just getting yellow seemed very meager.

anyways, good that argentina is through, germany definitely wouldve beat mexico.

i'm crying here... how the hell weren't we able to score. And in all honesty, how the hell was figo able to control the match in the way that he did. Boulahrouz did something but without figo he would still be on the field. Amazing how much the game got out of hand, headbutts by figo that go unnoticed, deco going into a tackle as hard as possible getting only yellow, then touching heitinga and vandervaart en sneijder pushing deco away. Honestly, when deco gets yellow and we get two yellows for that afair, how can we not feel cheated? the tackle was red in the first place (not that it really matters, he got sent off moments later. And yes, i feel that england should have a chance. imo holland was stronger they just should've scored, maybe van nistelrooy woul've been handy in this match.. Van Persie was magnificent.. Anyways, there's not even much reason to feel too cheated about the calls themselves... it's just the fact that we weren't able to play even close to 45 minutes of football in the second half. I'd be surprised if we played 15 minutes of pure football, in which holland is surprisingly much stronger than portugal, in the second half. We were better, they were smarter. And the ref allowed it. How many players of portugal pretended to be injured? The whole game was so fucked up, i still can't believe we have to exit the world cup in such a manner. And goddamn Maniche.. Nope they needed him i think quite abit he woudl of gone nicely with a few crosses i think. Yeah and that ref was shocking 16 yellows 4 reds, and did you see that when it hink it was Figo headbutted one of the other players and then he totally exagerated it and dropped lol.
