It's for being completely random, by suggesting completely random things that you've wanted to suggest.

I suggest a mass tax rebate for anybody regardless of current income.

And also a mute button for women.

I suggest no more public school.

Second hand smoke ain't shit. Besides, there are laws that ban smoking at lots of public places. But if someone wants to go in their bedroom and smoke their fucking brains out, why should that be against the law?

Hrm, you coudl argue that it is a slow and painful death (suicide), but I don't buy into that arguement.

Please. Eating fast food could be called suicide if you're gonna get that generous with the word.

You guys don't understand. Smoking means more tax dollars. Which means better schools and roads, etc. haha...
