    For Windows, download a Program called LeechFTP, and enter the details. For Mac, it's already built in.

    FTP is indeed File Transfer Protocol, and it's the way that most web developers get their files onto the net. It's different to Limewire...in that it is your COMPUTER uploading to the WEB SERVER. You can also download files using an FTP Program. Once you open an FTP site in Leech or whatever, it will display an Explorer type of view of the files in the web server. It's all quite simple.
