General Chat / DVD Burner?

Hey whats up. Need some help. I have the actual DVD writer on my computer but I'm not sure I have the proper software installed to utilize it. Can anyone tell me where I can find (maybe illegally) a downloadable DVD burner? It's actually very important.

I haven't used any of these, nor do I have a dvd writer. These are just some apps I know of.
