I know people like Amzing Earl and others have made rides and stuff, but is it possible for someone edit elements on a roller coaster? I mean, add Immelmans and such. It just kinda makes i hard to like when you gotta make a hill and then a half twist with a loop. I know it is traditional by RCT tastes, but I guess I'm a bit more unorthodox. Is it possible to add more pieces of track to a roller coaster? Like with a patch or something? -

not without changing the hardcoded parts... so it's highly unlikely that it will happen. It's not like plugging in a few custom objects. The tracks and ride types are fixed and any custom ride you see is a derative from an original ride.I know people like Amzing Earl and others have made rides and stuff, but is it possible for someone edit elements on a roller coaster? So one couldn't go use a program and edit a corkscrew without changing any basic structure of the game? -

it might be possible to change the picture rct gives you.So one couldn't go use a program and edit a corkscrew without changing any basic structure of the game?
so that you don't see a corkscrew but whatever - a house
still it would be (almost) impossible to make the train move in a different way. -

Yea, but when you think of it, all youd have to do is enlarge a corkscrew to either a regular loop or large loop - no reeeaalll editting. But I do see the point made about it not being easy to change a roller coaster type without changing much of the game. Still, I just think it'd be really cool to be able to do that. But then again, I do see that people might get carried away with it if it became a bit too simple. Hmm. Is it possible to make Immelmans and such in RCT3 Soaked!?
