RCT Discussion / rct.exe is not a valid Win32 application

Well I have XP and I had the patch and LL was running fine. I uninstalled it. I decided I wanted to play again. I installed it. I used the Official LL XP patch. Then I used the drexler patch. I get a message saying that rct is not a valid Win32 application. Please help.
