looks nice.. but why the dark things don't have shadows?

The option to have objects cast shadows was probably turned off so you could see the objects better. Not exactly sure though...i can't download the objects myself atm.

how do you make these? i am very proficient with 3d modelling, what format do they need to be in, etc? and how do you install them? when did this start happening???

SA, I've tried but I need to get a little better at modeling.
The editor itself is really complicated, to me atleast, but if you're willing to give it a go...

I beleive there is a better version of the object editor available, but I can't find it in those long 46 pages of discussions.

OMG this is one reason to but RCT3

ok i tried to use some but my computer hangs everytime i use it. is it cause i dont have the soaked expansion? or can it be something else?

Sorry about that. Haven't been watching RCT3 lately but I am aware that there is a lot of new stuff out...I'll work on updating it.
