General Chat / Rate the Person Above You

Basically all you do, is rate how you think the person above you ranks as a NE Parkmaker.

Use a scale of 0-10, ten being great, and zero being horrible/non-parkmaker. Then, you rate how much

you think that person posts. Ten being a lot, and zero being almost non-existant.

Oh, Gigaforce. How's about a 6/10. I like your work enough to give you something which could be rounded to 10, but don't like it enough to give you something actually close to 10. Hope you don't mind.

One of the best members...although sometimes he tries too hard to disagree. Usually though he has good advice and suggestions.
I think he knows deep down that Fatha's new screens rock though...just doesn't want to admit it.
