Urg. The images won't work on any computer I used, and I've tried many. What's the problem? There's just blank spaces where they're supposed to be.

My former host is no longer there, so all the images were reposted on page 10 (page 10 for me anyway) using a new host.

I'm sorry, but I don't really like this park. It's using stuff from WW and TT, and while it has a nice atmosphere, It's blocky and not to my likings. That doesn't mean it's bad, just not to my likings.

I find buildings lack of details.

Wow. Didn't see that coming... [/sarcasm]

I think this park is looking great!

Look again. I'm not using TT.

Grand Admiral speaks a bad french.

    I see that. :comeandgetsome:

I find this park having the most detail I've ever seen in any RCT format. This looks like the most realistic park ever developed in this game. I feel like I'm actually at a real Disney park in these parks.

    Quick update on the park.

Arabian Coast is done with the exception of Magic Lamp Theater:

Shot of a tower in the Caravan Carousel courtyard.

Scandinavian Inlet is also finished, all that's left is the structure which will house Maelstrom:

Entrance to Maelstrom and Restaurant Akershus. The soon-to-be loading area can be seen on the backside of the facade.

The park looks spectacular from the air:

Park Overview as of today. All that's left is Mysterious Island and some touch ups in other areas.

As you can see from the overview, I've started on Mysterious Island, but because of my on-off building habits, I can't say for sure when it will be done. Three years and still going strong!

This and Metro's parks are the two I would most like to see done. The screens look teriffic as always.

It's looking good. You don't seem to have too much left. You still need to add the rides though, right?

I think that entrance will go down in RCT history as one of the best. It looks amazing from the overview.
Maybe get that parking lot a little more symmetrical? The ears look a little lopsided. ;]

    gj scottie.

Naw, not much left at all. The only time consuming parts left is the sculpting of the caldera and the summit of Mount Prometheus, and, as you said, the placement of the rides. I'm going to need some help with hacking the rides because I'm not very good at it.

Nice try, but that's not a hidden Mickey. There's only two in the park that I can remember at the moment, but once the park is complete I may go back and add a few more.

Iceman is so good at RCT2 that it makes me so FUCKING jealous I want to steal his idenity and claim the park as my own.

    Just kidding.

But seriously though, this is the best thing ever, probably a top 4 park EVER for me and there's no rides yet. I love the water/ocean/sea monsters/stuff like that, so thats sweet. I love the Scandinavian Inlet section, becuase I love the nordic lands and the Vikings and things like that. I am glad to see the word "fjord" in the Maelstrom-esque ride, too.

    Anyways, f***ing good work, Iceman.

Welcome to DisneySea's final update. Finally after three years, the park is almost finished! For the past week or so, I've been placing rides, shops, technicians, custodians, etc. in preparation for the parks release. Since I've decided no to show too much of Mysterious Island, I'd thought I'd simply do a 'round the park recap for the final update. These are some of my favorite shots from each port, but please note that some screens probably have a few things missing until each section gets its final touch-up.

Three years and it's finally nearing completion. Looking back, this park was the biggest pain in the ass I've ever done, but damn if I'm not proud of it. Look for the release sometime in the middle of June. That should give me enough time to finish it up. See ya'll in June!

This park is immense. Brilliance in every screen.

    Cant wait for the release.

Why did you do the whole thing in Scenario Editor?

^It makes perfect sense when you think about it, since the park is especially architecturally oriented and he wouldn't have to bother with D_Importing everything since everything is already in the scenario editor. Considering the time scale that it takes to complete a project this large, his ideas would keep changing and it would be best to build in the scenario editor to allow for an amount of continuous change that most parkmakers can't easily bring to their work. I can't pretend to know all the reasons for PBob's working in the scenario editor, but it seems like it would really help to change a few objects out for new ones whenever you need them to keep yourself from feeling creativity rundown. These screens have piqued my interest and I'm now eagerly awaiting the park's release.

Some of the buildings and rooves look a little plain and repetitive in the first few screens. But I guess that is what happens with multi-story buildings. The later sections look great though, cant wait to see this finished.

You know I used to have the same mentality, but I soon realized that doing that really hinders building skill. Not to mention the unique look you can get from using trackitecture throughout your park, you also lose the ability to do rides with so many hacks and theme them adequately. Sometimes it's best to just stick with a bench and move forward. Not to mention this is all a moot point now that parkdat exists.
