News / Sorry to Ask Again Guys...

Hey it's just recently come to my attention from my parents that I need to ask for donations yet again. I've tried my best to not turn to the site for donations since you guys are in no way obligated to do so...but I've basically run out of options. I've gotten a job, yet I still find myself in a bigger ditch then before. Some of you may remember my car accident about half a year ago...well it's just come to my attention that one of the assholes involved is suing everybody else (me included) for damages to his 'knee' (funny...he didn't mention anything wrong with his knee on the scene of the accident). This couldn't have come at a worse time for me, as I'm starting up an ungodly amount of summer classes (4 in one summer...not fun) in about 4 days, each class costing about $200 a piece. Add that to the price of books for these classes, car insurance, lawyer fees, and other random necessities (food, gas, etc.) and the very small amount of money will be needed in all these directions. As I'm sure you could tell, New Element (as important as it is to me) does find it's way relatively at the bottom of the pack considering my priorities...so anyone out there who could afford to donate a little bit to help me keep the site up, it'd be hugely appreciated. To those who do (either through Paypal or just sending by mail), I will do my best to assist you in whatever problems you may have (member titles...'special privelages', etc. (if I can think of any good ones). Just let me know what I can do to help.

The dude is fucking giving it away. All you need really is what you think the bandwidth would cost for mainly the forum viewings and page hits. Which shouldn't be much.

I was speaking to a mate the other day who's a regular poster on a similarly run forum, and they have a scheme where if you subscribe, for about $5 a year I think they do, you get privileges, such as you can change your custom member title etc. I know this has been suggested before, but apparently it's worked really well for them, it might be worth a try with NE3.
