get into best motoring, i was never a big fan of the NSX either until i learned about how much development honda itself put into this car and what it has done for every other honda automobile to come out since, this car was a break through for them in many respects and now its even more of a machine then ever.NSX =
I'm not too fond of NSX's, but the screen as a whole is good. -

Erm....i'm pretty sure that's not the same car. The one Jeremy drove was a Diesel version, hence the lag in speed. Also, the Nurburgring in GT4 is slightly different to the real thing, the way it ends. Jeremy Clarkson stopped his clock on a long straight with the 'pit' area on the right. The GT4 clock stops after a sharp right hand corner and a small straight! If anybody watched Jeremy Clarkson get round the Nurburgring in 9min:59secs in a Jaguar S-Type 2litre on Top Gear, post if you have beaten his time with the exact same car.
*signs* 8min:27secs.
Anyway, with the 2 litre S-Type i managed to get 8mins 3secs
Lotus Carlton. Awesome machine.
One of my drift machines making sweet drifting love to the tunnel. -

If you look closely, down the giant straight there is a closed off pit-lane near the slight left hander. That's the one he was using, so he did drive along the same track, but he started/finished in a different place. Also, the Nurburgring in GT4 is slightly different to the real thing, the way it ends. And Alchemist, the reason why I don't like NSX's is because they sound like sewing machines and whenever I race one...ITS ALWAYS AHEAD. -

Oh no, I usually beat it, but when I've got past the Skylines, RX-7's and Impreza's, the NSX is always...always a few seconds ahead already. I'm just not sure why it's so fast. I always thought the RX-7 was faster than the NSX... -

How's everyone doing in this? I'm up to 26%, just finished beginner, those endurance races look incredibly intimidating, 24 hours round the ring is madness (and round la sarthe twice!). The shortest one is probably the 100 lap indy track, and that was one of the longer ones in gt3. Anyone done any of those yet? Nearly finished the missions as well - got all but the ring one lap magic and the 2nd slipstream done.
Oh and a question - how do u get photos of races? The only way i can get any at all is by doing photo drive, and then there's only one car -

I've done the 24hr Ring race, I just left the PS2 on overnight on B-Spec.
I'm at 93% now, I just finished all of the driving mission and picked up a Nissan RC89 (i think). I also started a new game...(I like the early stages..saving up money etc).
But I'm going off it a bit now, I dunno why, I'll probably get back into it again in the future but at the moment I'm not really bothered about it. -

I was like Marshy i just kept my PS2 on overnight and won it like 2 times just to get the money in GT-AS, but i am soon going to get this hopefully for my birthday or somethin.. Just one questions to you guys? is the game any good? By the looks it looks great but i dont wanna get it and hate it.. -

If you get it, you won't hate it.
Here is my beloved TVR Tuscan in, um, a japanese fish market. I guess I just thought it looked a little like swordfish or something.

I love the tusans, in fact, TVR's are my favourite make. I have a fully tuned TC350, and also the used TVR, can't remember the name, but its a classic and is absolutely beautiful. -

The Cerbera? I think you might be able to buy that new actually. Didn't know that some cars were only available used, will have away the used tuscan if you can't get it anywhere else.
My favourite car of all time is the Lamborghini Diablo, however for some retarded reason lambo and ferrari would rather keep their licences for their own (normally very shitty) games, but I did find a Cizetta which is the Diablo's precursor, almost. And then I took it to Venice and shoved it on a boat I love this game. I'd have bought it just for photo mode!
Oh yeah, does anyone know (well marsyboi does ) how to get photos of more than one car? I can't seem to get photos any other way than photo drive or photo travel, how do you get them from normal races, when I press select nothing happens -

Lol. Save the replay first. And then watch the saved version, it'll work then.
The TVR I was talking about is the V8S. -

GT4 is racing, waiting 120 seconds isnt poor game design because you have to wait, its a simulation, not an arcade racer.Yes.
Just tried the nurburgring - was +34s. The most annoying thing is that you have to wait 120secs for the countdown each time you restart, which is incredibly tedious and poor game design imo.
I'm just doing these atm cos they're a real challenge - I found in gt3 I got a polyphony up very early on and from then on it was tedium, not challenge.
Marshy - i went on a bender this week and im back to %39, got my minolta 88 and now working on the Extreme cups, i still cant believe i have to do all those endurances again =/ -

Since when did cars line up for a one lap race with the first when going 2 minutes before the last anyway?
I'm not exactly a racing n00b - I played outrun obssessively I'll have u kno
No seriously most of the realistic aspects to the game piss me off, but that's one thing that's incredibly pointless and frustrating.
