I'd like to apologize in advance if I seem a little tense over this weekend. But I have a valid excuse, yes? -

Can't agree with you more. I'm a die-hard red sox fan and proud of it.
Speaking of the yankees, did you know that the record highest attendence at their field was not for a game but for some gathering of Jehovah's Witnesses (I think). More evidence that Yankees fans suck. No offense yankees fans. -

Wouldn't it be hilarious if the Indians, Angels, Red Sox, AND Yankees all finished with the same record?
If Boston wins 2 of 3 this weekend, Cleveland does the same, and the Angels sweep Texas, that's exactly what you'll have.
And then I forget who plays who when in the Indians/Red Sox/Yankees situation. -

I think the offense there is intended towards Yankees Fans... what the fuck you do mean "no offense" of course thats what you meantSpeaking of the yankees, did you know that the record highest attendence at their field was not for a game but for some gathering of Jehovah's Witnesses (I think). Dang it, stupid Dodgers can't even go one game towards making the Padres the first division winner ever to have a losing record. -

Boston wins, sweet. Still, I'd like it to be Boston and Cleveland.
PS go Phils -

I guess money DOES buy you playoffs. Despite the horrible start, the Yankees are AL East champs... again.
Screw it... I hope they get the Angels in the first round and we eliminate them again. -

i see the cardinals back in the world series, but the al stuff seems almost like a toss up. every team is, or seems to be, strong. -

Actually, the AL is a toss-up because none of the teams are really very good. All across the board, the most flawed collective group of playoff teams I've ever seen.i see the cardinals back in the world series, but the al stuff seems almost like a toss up. every team is, or seems to be, strong.

Yeah, I definately agree with you there. None of those four teams are very intimidating. It's mostly going to come down to individual pitching matchups. Which starters are going to put together a solid game and which are not. Because they've all shown themselves to be vulnerable at some point this year.
