First things first, if this is the wrong forum, I'm sorry, just close the topic then >_>
Now, would anybody be interested in making a RCT3 park together with me? I'm seeing quite some good things on the atari forums, and I think that with the creative minds here, we would probably be able to create a nice park. We could do a 250 x 250 park or something. I'm just curious what we would be able to make with RCT3, since not many people here are trying it...
Anybody interested?

I'm interested.
But a 250x250 will eat up resources. The game eats my computer on a normal map.
I would have to go early on so it doesnt eat it alive lol. -

How about waiting for 1 additional sign-up and devide the map in:
- Entrance and main road / boardwalk / something like that
- 4 Themed areas, split by the main road / bw / w/e -

1. You're good. This is the right place to post it.
2. 250x250 would destroy any computer that doesn't have like ten other processors backing it up. I'd tone it down unless you want to spread things far apart and have relatively little stuff between them. -

Okay, maybe I was a little too enthousiastic on the park size Any chance you join us cork? -

Well, we've got 6 people so far, so I guess we could start >_>
How about going for this lay-out?
Yeah phear my Paint skills ^_^...
1,2,3 being equally big
The road between 1/2/3 and 4/5 should be a little lower, but I screwed up, so think of the upper 3 areas as a little bigger than on the pic and the lower ones a bit smaller
4,5 should be equally big (or around that of course)
6 being the entrance area, the main road (disney style) with a fireworks show in the middle plaze (and maybe a carroussel or whatever, go for a disney style castle if you want )
The circle (kind of) should be in the middle of the map, a good place for fireworks IMO...
I guess if we use this lay-out, part 6 should be built first... Any volunteers? (I've got a lot of tests this week, so I can't start.) If you want to start, just make a park in the scenario editor, go for 200 x 200 (guess that would work out) Just built the main area whatever you want, include some attractions, you don't really have to make all the areas exactly squares or exactly equally big.
This is just my idea, any other ideas are welcome too -

I'll start on numero six today or tommorrow, just I need to know EXACTLY what you want me to do, and where you want me to build tings, I'm hoping it's not just the circle. I just don't want to run into other people's spots.
EDIT: Can you give me samples of exactly WHAT you want me to build? I know Disney style Main Street, but like, what type of buildings.Edited by TsUnamI, 18 January 2005 - 10:41 AM.

Just had a chat with TsUnamI.
Summary:
- Park will be called Paradise Thrill Resort
- Tsunami will make the logo
- He'll start working on the main street area too
Did I miss anything?
Now for the others that signed up, any themed areas you'd favor to make? I'd like to do a future / space travel something area.
Themed areas
- Future / Space Travel - DaBug (Bigger area )
- Palace area - Gutterflower (Smaller area)
- Forest area, maybe little town - addzradd (no prefs?)
- Western area - hesaid (smaller area)
- Snow / Ghost town something - Rage (smaller area)
Could you add your own name and your area to this list please -
