Since it seems you have firsthand knowledge, is the performance any better?

Woah every update it seems like this game is looking better n better.
I to would like to know about the performance.

Yes, performance is better. I'm VERY surprised how well the game ran with all the water effects going on, especially with my computer which is pretty old.

Hopefully the performance boost works with all computers. I'm guessing the better your computer the better the FPS with bigger parks.

If it does improve the performance of the game I'll definately get it because that's really the only thing holding RCT3 back from being a worthy successor to RCT and RCT2.

Kevin: What kind of waterslides/what kinds can be made are in this expansion?

RCTFan: Sorry, but the only slides I can tell you about are the slides that have been shown, which are slides such as the master blaster, body slides etc. Slides or any other content unreleased is to be kept secret.

I have seen some screens with cars in them appearing like a parking lot. Are these functioning or just like scenery?

Yet another good set of screens... I really hope the performance is better on even my computer because it looks like I could really get into this game. The water coaster, splash bot thing looks good. I also am liking the trams.

The expansion looks absolubtly fantastic. Fog, waterfalls, TUNNELS. The things which make the game play infinitly better, and thats before laser shows etc. Atari have given me more than I could have asked for. If they were looking to pull them selves back after the disaster of TT and WW..... they have undoubtably done it here. The screens look better than anything RCT ever. I predict an impact similar to LL for RCT1, so many years ago.

Any info about Hersheypark being involved in this expansion pack or future one? Or am I just hearing things...

When is this going to be released?

I beleive it comes aout on or around the date of June 21st.
It is definately in June though.

Hershey pretty much sponsored it, and we get a "Storm Runner" coaster type and some other kind of Hershey ride.

Still waiting to hear if they've solved the performance issues. All that new stuff is worthless if you can't build a park bigger than 10x10 without it slowing to a crawl.

Hmm...I don't remember if this has been asked before or not, but can fences/walls be built on the same tile and at the same level as a path? I can't really tell if that has changed or not from the screens.

Oh, and what sort of graphics card do you have on your computer?
