What's happening with the pictures? I can't see any of them.

Hmm... my host, Digital-Coaster, has been down the last few days, and I don't know what's up. I think Nessy uses GearHost too, so it might be the same problem that happened with NE, though I really have no idea.

    Sorry!

this has to do with the real star tours in disneyland there is r2 dc and c3po those are the real ones from the movies its even on the disney site

Besides that post not being grammatically correct or feating correct names, could you explain what you meant by that? Cuz that came out of the blue.

Actually, yeah... I talked to Nessy about it and they're on UltraSurge. I should be able to get the pictures back by the weekend, but they'll be under different URLs... sorry. Until then, no photo updates. :(

    Seville, Spain

Much work has been focused in the Continental Pavilion, in the Caribbean Isle themed area, lately. The queue line for Pirates of the Caribbean has been worked on and finished. Inside the ride building, the track for the boats has been laid, and the boats are currently being tested through the circuit. The attraction will be familiar to those who have been on versions at the other four Disney Magic Kingdoms. Passengers board their boats at a dimly lit landing and then plunge down two waterfalls, passing by luminous caverns filled with booty. Riders will eventually pass between a live battle between a pirate ship beseiging a Spanish fort before floating through a pillaged and burning city, all the while listening to the ever-popular theme song of the ride.

Neighboring American West has officially been completed with the full theming and landscaping of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. It becomes the first themed land to be fully finished.

Around the rest of the resort, work on buildings, paths, landscaping, and ground clearance continues, though there is nothing noteworthy to report.

Here is a shot of the eastern front facade of the Beast's Castle. The bare land on the right area will be a part of Tomrrowland. Also, a quick glimpse at Robin Hood's Merry Adventures, an interactive dark ride, can be seen.

Here is a first-ever picture of the resort at night. Shown is the land around the body of water that separates the American West and Caribbean Isle

When completed, Walt Disney Escape will join Warner Brothers Movie World, Madrid and Universal Port Aventura as the third major theme park in Spain. Featuring the best in traditional Disney ideas and the newest technological advances, Walt Disney Escape will provide a strong form of competition and strengthen Disney's business venture into Europe.

Please check back periodically for new updates on this exciting resort.

Holy fuck! Those last pictures are awesome! That resort picture is amazing. What is the fog stuff down there? It looks like there are giant rocks or something. Or is that water? Keep up the awesome work.

That is really awesome. Will you release a version with the roofs off so we will be able to see inside Pirates? I like the FF. ;)

It looks great, although...I think you should lay off the pirate walls. It looks great, but don't use it so much. A tad more variety? :) But other than that, it looks fucking awesome.

I think thats part of the hotel, so it will all be the same (pirate walls)

Anyway amazing second picture, i love the way you did it....

Pictures of any rides yet ? ;)
  • Corkscrewed%s's Photo
The Caribbean Isle does have a horde of pirate walls, but that's done on purpose a bit to differentiate it from Fantasyland, which also has pirate walls but a lot more other types of walls. That way, there's a difference. Caribbean Isle relies a lot more subtle placement of shrubs, bushes, flowers, and palm trees for an exotic look. :)

The park looks incredible. That resort looks amazing! This is turning out to be much better than BGSS. I want to see a screen of 'Pirates of the Caribbean', that is my favorite ride at any Disney Park.

    Keep up the amazing work.

I'm guessing that the last pic is from Pirates of the Caribbean being that Corky said it is from the Caribbean area. I could be wrong of course and only Corky knows for sure.

Oh yeah, park's still looking great. Always look forward to more!
