As most of you know, My home park is Six Flags Great Adventure. As all of you also know, we're getting a mammoth of a coaster called 'Kingda Ka'. Well, I passed Six Flags Great Adventure the other day and saw just how big 456' really is! It has inspired me to recreate It and all of Its glory in the Golden Kingdom in Rct3.
The Adventure Begins...
Near Finished Station
The 456' Tower
130' Air Hill
Enjoy!

Looks good.
The airtime hill looks really weird, but you couldn't do much about that. Though, those custom supports for the airtime hill look horrible. I assume they're not finished though, right? The top hat supports look great, though. Great use for the Tilt Coaster/Thrill Lift track... -

Thanks Drew, Yeah Im still working on the Air Hill Supports, I'm not sure what to use for it. Its really hard to do custom supports without the almight power of zero-clearance.. And actually I used the Reverse Freefall coaster for the Top Hat suports, but theres really no difference, though i may see if the thrill lift track looks better...I also need to find a way to make each 'section' on the tower have those cross-supports inside of them...
Thanks for the comments!

I'm really curious how strata coaster works in RCT3. Does the train just launch from the station, or can you make the pre-launch section? Also, is there only that dragster trains? And one more thing, can you only run 1 train, or can you run multiple trains using block brakes. (unlike those compressed air launched coasters in RCT2) -

train launches from the station unfortunately. It works the same as any launched coaster in RCT. Set the speed. Let it rip. Not very well designed IMO, since you can't do a Storm Runner. -

The station seems pretty accurate, but I'm not too wild about the supports. Still it looks like a pretty good recreation. Good job so far. -

yeah stratas i think were made based solely off of TTD, you cant turn or anything like that. well you can turn but not banked or all that. -

You can bank, but there's only wide turns, no diagonal track, and no sloped banking, and no sloped turns. Therefore, they suck...
The supports on the top hat are nice, the supports on the hill aren't. -

Very cool! I like the custom supports on the top hat, and quite frankly, I REALLY like the station. It just catches my eye for some reason. Keep up the good work. -

I think it looks great :-) Only thing is the airtime hill, but since you're not finished with that it's no problem :-) -

Is that really the layout of the track? The airtime hill shoots straight into the brake run?
Hmmm, that is very... dumb.
Still, the recreation looks excellent, even though I don't know what the track is supposed to look like.
The coaster looks very realistic on the whole, and the supports are awesome, like everyone has said. The supports around the station look great imo, but the rooves on the station could use some work. Unless the station is really like that...
In any case, this looks good. Aside from the layout, which is pretty plain. But I suppose that's not your fault.
