Although I like it I feel like that rocket can be done better. Try to look at some real rockets for examples. The Saturn V is a nice example, or the Ariane V.
Unfortunately the scale doesn't really get anymore exact with how blocks behave in RCT. nin could get away with more because his scale is absolutely massive, while I was going for more of an old retired thruster, like here:

Too much path, but definitely has some really cool things here. I particularly like the drop towers, lovely curves.
The platform for those S&S towers is awesome.
Looks pretty good though.
