Shit, I forgot about the window. Sorry man. Seems you solved it though... Screen is good again. I'd recommend recolouring the balcony fences to grey; it'll look white with a texture instead of white without texture.

I actually didn't solve it. I tried to make it a wall, but the best I could do was a single tile object. It doesn't line up right so I just used it for this picture.
If the window you are referring to is the one in the center on the front wall, I don't think it looks that bad since it is in the center so it is still symmetrical. Having it be a wall object does make the most sense as far as preserving precious single tile object space, but in the end I think it looks fine.

It's a shame those trees glitch. Building looks lovely as you know, though. You've done it justice.
