I like some of the TT/WW objects you used, but the others really kill the vibe. Your foilage is good, but could be better, and your paths really lack atmosphere. Round out the edges and put rock texture underneath, it makes parks look 100x better.

Yeah, it looks great the way it meanders down the hill and works with, rather than against the slope. I think some of the larger buildings could do with breaking up a bit, or just a bit more variation in them. The roofs in particular look quite dominating at the moment. The brick and grey roof building near the top left does look good though, and I think that is due to its variation vs size... if you get what I mean.
Hey, for my first screenshot I'm uploading here I wanted to show an overview of a small park which I do for a contest at the moment. It's the second more 'serious' park I ever started working on.
