Some nice use of the pre-built houses here, mixed in well with your own structures. I would argue that the paths are a bit too narrow in some places though, and that an entrance area would need a bit more room to breath.
It looks quite good, but the path is quite narrow in some places, and the terrain beneath your paths is grass. If you changed that to dirt or rock, it would have a much "fuller" look to it.

I'm not a huge fan of the sudden change from tarmac to brick, especially in that way; usually it'd be for a one-tile thick path right next to a row of buildings instead of surrounding an information kiosk. That being said, perhaps by expanding the area it would look a little nicer (I would suggest having a fountain there instead).
Obviously you have quite a large amount of content in the park already, and I would be intrigued to see more.
